Website offered a "risk free trial" of acai pure for free except shipping. When you check out it automatically adds two other products to your order and I unchecked the boxes but still ended up with charges on my credit card for ~$45.00. This company is hard to get a hold of unless you are trying to buy a product. I looked up company on Better Business Bureau and they are rated "unsatisfactory". Would not recommend buying products from this company due to false advertisment, unauthorized charges, and poor communication. I still don't know if I can get out of these charges but it has definately caused a headache and looking at other remarks, it appears they continue to charge you monthly.

I had been sent a sample and then billed 4.95 and a week later 39.95 I tried to call but it is almost impossible to get thru. The hold times 55 minutes 59 minutes. This product is being promoted by Ophra Winfrey. Maybe someone should tell her to check out the company before an endorsement

I ordered a free trial of Acai Pure juice at $4.95 s & h.

My checking account was debited for $44.95 and I hadn't even recieved the product. When it came a few days later, I refused the package and marked it "Return to Sender" after that, I received a return authorization number, but I no longer had the package.

11/12/08 my checking account was debited for $39.95! There is a 2 hour hold on their customer service line! So I haven't been able to get through to them.

I'm going to my bank today to ask them to stop accepting charges from these scam artists!

I was supposed to be charged a shipping and handling fee of $4.95. When asked for additional product purchases, I declined. I just received the order today, November 12th, and charged a total of $44.95 on my account. This was for gum and water. I did not receive either of these products and I did not want them either. I was told that if I chose to keep receiving the product monthly, my account would then be charged $40/monthly. This would happen if I did not contact the company within 14 days. I was very explicit about not receiving any other products and reassured several times that this would never happen. Also, I asked many times to reaffirm that my account would not be charged until after my decision to keep ordering. Once again, the agent reassured me that my account is only charged if no response is taken within the two week time frame after receiving the product which starts the fourteen day trial period.
I have attempted to call the above number (888-692-8352) but the hold time is 62minutes 31seconds. I believe these are all of the consumers that fell for the product scam.
I wish to have a complete refund and would not even think of considering trying this product due to the false nature I received it under.
