overcharged
I ordered a free trial of Acai Pure and gave my card number to cover the shipping of $4.95. When they sent the product I also got Gum and Hoodiawater which I returned unopened immediately according to the return policy enclosed. My account was charge $40.00 and not $4.95 and I am outraged. I tried to call but a recording told me the wait was 48 minutes. What kind of business makes you wait 48 minutes??? Is there any way to get my money back??

Overcharged
I ordered a "free" sample of Acai Pure. I was supposed to be charged $4.95 for shipping. My card was charged 44.95. I sent an email regarding this and have had no response.

Charging for products I did not order
I signed up one time for a "free" trial of Acai Pure and was asked to pay shipping & handling with a credit card. I received the product but my credit card was charged not only for the shipping & handling, but also $45 for the product. The letter stated I could return the product unopened within 30 days of the order date (which by the time I received the product was already too late) for a full refund. How do you try a "free trial" product when to get your money back, you need to return the product unopened. I decided to keep the first "free trial" offer and chalk it up to a bad experience.
This week, I received another bottle of Acai Pure that I have never ordered along with a letter stating I could return the product and receive credit within 30 days of the original order date. I NEVER ORDERED THIS PRODUCT. I will be returning all items and better receive FULL credit.
This is a scam!!

Can not get through to cancel Acai Pure
I have no one answering the 888# so I can cancel the Acai Pure. The product keeps coming in the mail and charging my credit card. I have been charged a total of $174.60 with no choice but to cancel my credit card.

robbing the people
i ordered from their website, and they told me i would be charged $1.95 for shipping this product during my free trial offer. during my free trial offer, i cancelled my subscription, and they continued to deduct from my account AFTER i received an email from them stating that there will be no further charged to my credit/debit card. but they still took money from me. THEY ARE SCAMMERS and they need to be sued!

keep chg me for products I never got
I ordered for 4.95 a bottle of the acai pure...got it and then got chged 34.95 on 10/19 for it.no one answers the phones, its all a taped message that hangs up on you at the end.
then I get chgded 44.90 on 11/9 for ZIPPO..nothing !!! the web site does not let u wite to them.
I cancelled my card, so they can not take any more of my hard earned money. I am sick over this!!

I was charged another 44.90for the acai product I am sending the product back and would like am full refund.

Delivery of product unauthorized
Saw an advertisement for a trial-FREE-of Acai Pure but free trial was accompanied by full product and charged to my Master Card which was given only for Shipping and Handling charges. Now a month later I have received another automatic shipment at full price and again charged to my account.
I never knowingly authorized anything but the trial and the cost to return it is prohibitive. I want to at least cancel without any further products or charges being made. I am writing a letter to the company plus a copy to my Master Card provider to stop payment.

fraud
i have never authorized any orders of any kind, yet yhey took 44.85 and again another 39.95 from my debit account. i am mad!!! you cannot get thru... long hold times and no answers when texting... there for i had to change my accounts and had to file many papers to straighten this out... my old account 5425 9938 5330 5268 i want my money back!!!
