Charge $ 44.95 for a free product trial
I signed up to receive a free sample of this product .
My bank account was charged a $ 44.95 charge, instead of the $ 4.95 shipping and handling.
What a scam. How can Oprah knowly promote a company who scams consumers!!

I AM RETURNING ALL THREE PRODUCTS THAT I JUST RECIEVED FROM YOU, I DO NOT WANT TO BE INVOLVED WITH A COMPANY THAT WOULD DO WHAT YOU DID BY CHARGING THE UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT OF 44.85. IF THIS IS NOT REMOVED IMMEDIATELY, I WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. PERHAPS IN THE FUTURE, IF THEY WOULD BE HONEST AND LET US TRY YOUR PRODUCT AS YOU ADVERTISED IT .

charged for order I didn't place
I also ordered a trial offer of the acai-pure and recieved the gum, the drops, and the acai pure, then the other day I recieved another order that I did NOT want much less on my credit card (which I want off). Tell me how to get this taken care of!

Return Merchandise Authorization
I have unsuccessfully tried to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Customer Care at 1-888-692-8352. I have been on the line for more than 30 minutes in an attempt to reach this company. I need to know how to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization number so I can return the unwanted merchandise and recieve a refund.

Keep getting charged
I also only wanted the free trial - got charged last month $44.95 - paid it but now getting charged again this month - did not order it and also have not received the product. (I am disputing this with my credit card company).

sent items I did not order
I ordered a free trail sample of Acai Pure, they sent me additional items, Hoodiburst Gum, and Hoodiwater and charged my credit card for these items. Total charge $44.85.
I could not find their website, nor do they answer the number listed. Cannot return items without RMA number, but have not been able to contact this company.

billing for products not ordered
I'm with everyone else. I ordered the Acau Pure Trial and received 2 products that I did not ordered. When I saw the card on my credit card the next day I called and asked if I could cancel. The women informed me that it had already been shipped. I am now on the hold with Central Coast Nutraceuticals trying to get a RMA. I've been on hold for 20 minutes and the automated system said the wait would be 40 minutes. I have all afternoon! I will get my money back or I will bring a claim against them with Florida's Attorney General.

I've been trying to call this company to cancel any further orders due to product allergy.answering service on no message or return calls made back. please take care of this matter with this company. having blood in stool since started this product

ov ercharge
I ordered a trial product of acai berry. I recieved a bottle of acai berry and a pack of gum. My charge on my bank statement was $44.95. The next month I received a charge of $39.95 on my statement.
I called to complain. It took 2 weeks to get hold of a person (every time I called I stayed on the phone over an hour, today it was 2 hours before anyone answered). The person was rude and told me I just didn't pay attention to what I ordered. She couldn't explain the second charge, just stated it was the balance of the order. She refused to remove the charge or let me speak to anyone else. I also sent several emails asking them to please get in touch with me but they didn't.
