misrepresentation/misleading
they said free trial, thats what they claimed to do. does that mean they're only charging you for shipping? well theyre not! they throw in a couple of unrequested items and instead of the item you wanted for free and supposed to charge s&h of about $4.95 approx. they are charging you $44.85!!! this is misleading and so is their rules for sending the unwanted items back too! either way, they make it difficult, its a costly mistake!! its a total ripoff!!!

was under the understanding that $1.99 was charged to my debit card. when 41.85 was charged company rude on phone

false trial offer
i did the "free" acai pure trial and was charged $44.85 and received a bottle of Hoodiawater
and a pack of Hoodiburst gum. Now i find it impossible to contact customer service for
cancellation/refund details and processing. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

sent what I didn't order
The company charged me for "SAMPLES" which they charged me 44.95 and then sent me more the following month and billed me again eith out authorization

charged for items not ordered
ordered free trial offer and was to pay only shipping, was charged for two other items I didnt order, recharged again without my concent. I will be notifing my bank and the state BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!.

Free Trial
I agreed to accept the free trial of Acai Pure and pay only $4.95 for shipping and handling. when I received the product they had also included hoodiburst Gum $9.95 and Hoodiawater $29.95 for a total on my credit card for $44.85 which I did not order. I have tried to reach them to complain and get my money back but you only get a message saying busy please try back later.

I find it interesting that I had the same issue with this company. When I came to THIS website, you have an ad at the top for the very product that we are all complaining about. What is up with that???

I recieved two items I did not order.have trie for two weeks to get through on telephone.i need my account credited,need to return these items.
I was sent 2 items I did not order. dissatified w/product. need to return everything & get credited on my account. have tried for 3 weeks to get through to customer service.please advise.thank you
