additonal products sent, not ordered
I ordered a FREE Acai Pure Trail for 1.99. They sent me Hoodiburst gum and Hodiwater(which was broke) and charged 41.85!!! This is a scam and the listed number is only a recording.

did not cancel subscription,can't reach them to cancel
i thought i canceled subscription right after i realized their add was misleading. i even called and left a message at the same time, now i recieved a bottle of acai pure, for the shipping price of $4.95, spoke to a representative to cancel and was told to simply send the product back. after i explained how i had already tried to cancel he said people do mot read what they are looking at. oh by the way he then gave me a new e-mail address. acaipure.com so, if anyone needs it here it is

Overcharge
I sent for a free trial of the Acai Pure capsules.
I was sent and charged for some type of drops
and some gum. A total of $44.95. I then found
that if I did not return the capsules within
14 days of receiving them I would be charged and another shipment would be sent every month.
It took 11 days from the time my credit card was charged for the shipment to reach me. I could not
return anything without a Merchandise Return
Authorization Number. I called for 4 days and was
on hold 30 - 45 minutes each time and have not
spoken to a person yet. I e-mailed 3 days ago and
have not gotten a call back. I returned the gum and drops 8 days ago and have heard nothing. I will never again order anything on-line.

wrong amount charged on my ATM card
I came across an Oprah approved weight loss flush on the internet and the offer was to pay shipping only. Then i tryed to call customer services about a week and a half later because i never received a letter or a product, that's when I noticed a charge on my debit card so I contacted my bank and made a report and i even sent the Acai Pure customer services center an e-mail about this problem and that I would be thankful for their help in this matter. To this day I haven't herd anything from them or even received my trial bottle... My advice to everyone out there is for you to look up the company that your gonna purchase from first to see if they have a bad rip off web site and then also write down all the info that way whenever any ?'s get asked you got all the proof u need. where is my money
it seems if we get a class action law suit against this centalcoastnutra and acai pure we could make our money back and then some. Its not a coincedent that they took the same amount out of our cards this is truly a SCAM!!!

RIPPED OFF WITH OVERCHARGE
NO MATTER HOW OLD I GET I MUST CONTINUE TO BE NAIVE TO THESE ADS ON TV, ETC. I ALSO CALLED THEM SINCE OPRAH AND OTHERS WERE ACTING AS SPOKESPERSONS FOR THIS ACAIPURE. THE AD ON TV WAS TO TRY FOR 30 DAYS AT $1.99 S&H ONLY FOR THE VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS, I RECEIVED THE SUPPLEMENTS @ NO CHG, I PKG OF HOODIE GUM & I BOTTLE OF WATER FOR TOTAL CHG TO MY DEBIT CARD OF $44.85 ON 9/5/08! I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED ALL WITH NOTES TO REFUND IMMEDIATELY. THEN AGAIN ON 10-9-08 THERE IS A DEBIT OF $39.95! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND I WOULD LOVE TO GET ON THE BANDWAGON TO STOP THIS NONSENSE. I DID CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD.

overcharged
I have been charged twice for products that were advertised to be free with the exception of shipping. I have tried for weeks to contact them and always get placed on hold and no one ever answers.

Billed on credit card for product not ordered
I ordered a trail offer of Acai Pure and received the trial package and a sales receipt for $4.95. My credit card was billed for $39.95. I tried to call the company for three weeks and never got a response other than to call later due to the "popularity of their products". They then sent me another package of their product, i.e. Acai Pure. That sales receipt was for $44.90. This product was never ordered! I would not have ordered it ever as the trial product made me sick. (I expected to clean my system, but not by vomiting.) Having paid the $39.95 charge on my credit card, there seems to be nothing I can do except to notify the credit card company and dispute the last card charge of $44.90. This company must be running a scam!!!
