Added products not ordered charged to free trail order of Acai Pure product.
I ordered a sample Acai Pure for a 4.95 s/h charge. I was sent the Acai Pure at no charge but, I was also charged for to additional products I did not order, one (1) pack Hoodibrust Gum $9.95, (1) bottle of Hoodiawater 29.95, a total of 39.90 was charged to my checking account in addition to the $4.95 for the Acai Pure shipping and handeling total of $44.85. The additional charges to my checkcing account also caused and over draft to my account with a charge of an additional $33.00.

overcharge
I agreed to a free trial of acai pure - I only had to pay the shipping and handling, which they said was $4.95. When I discovered in my bank account they charged 44.85. They said there was 2 other products advertised on the side that I needed to decline and that's why I got charged and I disagreed because there was no clear wording of any such thing. I am so upset that I don't even want the free trial. They told me that I will need to sent the product back at my expense and then they will give me a credit. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I CANCELLED MY ORDER 5 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. CALLED AND GOT THE CCN#. GOT A CONFIRMATION FROM THE POST OFFICE. THEY STILL CREDIT MY CREDT CARD. CALLED AND CALLED TO GET THROUGH THE LINE IT TOOK 6HRS. TO TALK TO WHOMEVER I DON'T KNOW. TO GET MY CREDIT CHARGED BACK. STILL DON'T KNOW YET. WILL CALL THE BANK TOMORROW.

Sent other products and overcharged
I ordered a free trial of their product for just $1.95 for S&H. When I recieved the package they sent along two other products and charged my account41.85. I have been trying to reach them so I can sent the product back, but no one is answering and the web site is not accurate.

charge
I ordered 1 bottle of pills free of acai pure charging only 1.95 postage to my credit card. Twenty days later the co. charged my credit card with 39.95 and I have recieved nothing, didn't order anything and can't get them to answer the phone so I can inquire why.

Cannot reach company to cancel orders or get permission to return--have tried phone and they say business to heavy to record messages and e-mail is not found--no such address.

CHARGE FOR PRODUCTS NOT ORDERED
ON 10-06-08 I ORDERED A FREE TRAIL OF ACAI PURE. THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING 1.95 MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED 41.85 WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER ON 10-07-08 I WAS TOLD THAT THE ORDER WAS ALREADY SHIPPED AND I COULD NOT CANCEL, BUT THAT I WOULD NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT UNTIL 5-6 DAYS THEY ADVERTISED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE PRODUCT WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO SEND IT BACK AND PAY MY OWN POSTAGE AND ONLY THEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK.

False Advertising
I also am thoroughly disgusted that I thought I was getting a trial bottle for $4.95 and checked by charge card the next day and was charged $44.85. When I called, which took forever to get a hold of anyone, I was told that I couldn't cancel until I got the product and then could return it within 20 days for a full refund including postage. It's been 7 days and I haven't received anything and my question is how do you try it, and get it back within 20 days and get a refund. Plus I have to go to the bother of packaging it to return. I learned my lesson on ever doing anything like this again. This is very misleading and from all the complaints, it's not just a few of us that feel that way.

acai pure free sample
I sent for a free trial of acai pure for $1.00 and received a hoodiburst gum priced at $9.95 and a hoodiawater priced at $29.95 plus my bottle of acai pure. I didn't see anything on their web site stating that I had to also purchase the last two items. I received another bottle of acai pure in the mail recently which was another surprise. Beware that if you think you are only to receive 1 item, you are automaticly ordering monthly supplies of acai pure. Buyers beware...
