I ordered the free trial of acai pure paying the £5.95 pstage charge back in September. I got a letter fro my bank today telling me that I had gone overdrawn and upon investigating the cause found that Lagondissoliution had taken another £70.00 from my account without my knowledge. I haven't even seen the small print indicated in other complaints on this message board and will now have to try and recoup my money somehow. Thanks to their devious tactics I have also incurred unplanned overdraft fees too! Take my advice and dont be tempted to touch any of these products. The only way to lose weight is through diet and excersise and that doesn't cost a penny

I have bought and tried many different things, thier advertisement was entising, i tried it for $1.99. Now you have 10 days to try it, 5 days later there is a charge on my account for $70 and i immediatly complain because i had already sent the ptroduct back. They say we will respond shortly, i have been waiting an entire day now...no response

False advertisement is illegal!!! I responded to a "free" AcaiPure trial offer via the internet. I agreed to pay the $.99 shipping and handling. Approximately 4-5 days after I received my bottle- I received a call saying that "with the next shipment- the company would charge my credit card $59.95." My response was surprise! I told the operator- very clearly- that I was not interested in another shipment- and I did NOT want my credit card charged! I thought that was the end of it! Next surprise- as I'm going through my monthly bank statement- I see a $59.95 charge for Acaipure! Beside the withdrawal, there was a toll free number. I dialed the number. The operator explains to me that the $59.95 was the "remaining " cost of the initial bottle sent! They can credit my account, but I must spend the additional money, to return the product that I am not satisfied with. What exactly is this????? How do you advertise "free"- then charge $59.95 or anything for that matter??? When I asked the operator if there was someone I could speak to about my concerns- she stated that she didn't have any other names or numbers to give me to lodge my complaint! Really?? I am an educated professional- and I am appalled at what you are doing! I wish the legal system could get wind of these actions. I'm sure that the advertising would be different! And please understand- I will be telling all of my friends and aquaintances about this. Hopefully- I can save them from making the same mistake I made! I made a dumb choice this time- I know that. But believe me- everyone I know is going to hear about YOUR mistake!!!

I decided to try the Acai pure free trial offer that was promoted by Oprah on thier website. The free trial cost me 41.15 and when I tried to complain, I got no response and recieved another bottle in the mail which I promptly returned with a cancelation request. My account was again charged 39.95. I have not been reembursed or contacted. I live on a widows pention and cannot afford this kind of abuse. This company needs to be stopped.

I ordered a 30 day supply risk free. Then i find out that if i am not satisfied, return the product within 10 days and no more obligation, otherwise i will be billed 59.95. how can anyone know in less than 10 days if a product will work or not.
