Billed for items not delivered
Company billed for items not shipped. Also tried to return an item previously shipped not ordered. They state lines are busy and telephone wait time is over an hour. Need to contact them to get return authorization, which is impossible. Credit card company says they have to honor the vendor. Hope to reach others and maybe someone can file a Class Action Law Suit. I am not a lawyer, so if a lawyer reads this they shoul check the complaints and get records of people complaining from the credit card companies, Better Business Bureau, and the company.

Unauthorized charges
For 8 months Acai-Pure has charged my bank account $44.90 per month totaling $359.20. None of these charges have been authorized. Initially, last November 2008, I ordered a free 30 day trial stating I would only be billed $4.95 for shipping & handling. I received the trial 3 weeks later, tried it, and it did nothing it purported to do. I never reordered. The next month my bank account was charged $44.90 and one week later another 30 supply arrived.
I phoned Acai-Pure's 888 number to get a return label and a refund. After I stated why I was calling I was put on hold for 23 minutes. When I called back a customer service rep placed me on hold for for over 30 minutes. On the third attempt I immediately asked for a supervisor. When I finally spoke with a woman stating she was the manager on duty I explained what was happening. She told me I had signed up for monthly deliveries and charges. I explained I would not have done so without knowing that a product worked which was why I ordered the 'trial' only. Then she attacked stating I would continue receiving product and charges. I explained it would be illegal as I was canceling and wanted ALL of my information erased immediately. This woman actually yelled and me and told me, 'that's too bad! Let's see if your information will ever be deleted'. Her tone was amazingly hostile, even caustic then she hung up on me.
From that day forward I did not receive further product but my account has been charged monthly. I contacted Citi Bank but they 'investigate' first then reimburse your account. I'm a single mom with 2 kids in college and this has overdrawn my account costing $34.00 each time, diminished my credit and I am still waiting for $134.70 in reimbursements. I have spent more than 6 hours trying to resolve this matter and had to cut up my credit card, wait for a new card and contact all of my auto bill payment accounts (utilities, insurance, auto, credit card companies etc.) with my new account information. I have also had other checks returned due to Acai-Pure's unauthorized charges.
You may ask what kind of person cuts their checking account as close as $44.90? You may ask why I don't have overdraft protection? As stated, I am a single mom, no support from my ex, working 3 jobs and had never been overdrawn until this company began stealing from me. My account is kept track of and my bills paid. IF THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT, PLEASE CONTACT ME SO THAT I MAY BE ADJOINED.

charged for extra things
I placed an order for the trail offer for Acai pure and now I am in a battle with the company for them to refund my card for several charges that I did not authorize. They sent me two products I did not order and charged me for them. When I cancelled the account they sent me more products and charged me for those. They also charged me $94 for access to a web site I never have used. I have talked to the people several times on the phone and everytime they are rude. I hope this can help someone form making the same mistake I did. I think this company is a complete scam and I wish I could file on them for theft. Don't order anything from CCN company.

How to Cancel Order?
I got suckered into this stupid scam less than 24 hours ago. I have never done anything so stupid before in my life. I am now awaiting my "risk-free" trial of Acai Pure. I called the 888# given for Customer Care and stated that I wanted to cancel my membership/order or whatever it's called even prior to reseiving the 14-day "risk-free" trial. Well, they are unable to do this because my account is "locked." Once the product is delivered (supposedly they will know this by the tracking # associated with it), it unlocks my account. Only then can I call to start cancellation process. What scumbags!!!
My question is...my credit card company suggested that when the package arrives- DO NOT OPEN and write "RETURN TO SENDER" on package. Does this seem right? Shouldn't I at least try to send the product back with some type of tracking # or make the company sign that they've received the returned product????
Also, credit card company said to wait and see if a charge appears on my credit card- then I can dispute this charge. I'm frustrated because I don't even want to get to this point!!! Wouldn't it be easier if I just cancelled my credit card????
HELP!!! Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have made the call to my credit card fraud department and cancel for card and will be receving a new card but have to fight to get my $39.95 . This crap did not even work I can weight on it . But the point is I order a sample for $ 5.95 and no where did it say they can go in a take money out of my bank who the hell do you think you are.

Fraud
I tried calling the number on my packing list that was sent with the dietary supplement that I order so that I could cancel and was told that my call can not go through. So after trying several times I still got the same response on the telephone, my call will not go through. I have also notices their was a unauthorized charge of 82.31 on my credit card from Acaitechsupport.com. I did not order any thing else other than the supplement. I have already contacted my credit card company and they are handling the matter but what they did say to me is that I also needed to go this web site acaitechsupport.com and fill out the form that is on their website to cancel because this company will continue to send this product and keep charging my account. I have done both so I'm hoping that this matter will be resolved within the next billing statement.
For those of you who still have your shipping information, try going to that website and click on cancel my order and it will ask you for your confirmation number, last name and email address. At first when I went to their web site I emailed them, but it came back to me unsent...funny!!!

Cancel Subscription
When I ordered the product, it was for a 14 day risk free trial. I E-mailed them, to cancel my order before the 14 day trial period was over. I told them to send me and RMA number so I could send the rest of the bottle back to them. I get a respond back on my Email telling, me that there is no need to respond to this message if you would still like your account to be canceled. This email is your cancellation confirmation. Message was sent on May 19, 2009. I called them for an RMA so I could send the rest of the bottle back to them. No RMA could be given over the Telephone so I Emailed them an got the answers I provided to you.

FREE MY BUTT
Free is not free! After canceling my trial period, I was still required to pay for my recieved portion of Acai Pure, Hoodia Water and Green Tea Extreme! Total cost $126.70. It didn't work, and they should be sued for fraudulent advertising!!

overcharge and fraud
I ordered the $1.99 trial bottle. Within 2 days it made me sick. So my husband canceled the entire thing. Not a word was said about returning the TRIAL bottle. A month later, a charge for $39 appeared on our bank statement. Since we weren't expecting it, this charge caused two bank overdrafts! I called and they rudely said that I didn't return the bottle so I was charged for a full month's supply even though I only got a two week TRIAL supply. I am furious and want compensation!
