okay so im being charged for something i have no clue where it came from so so called "deal max" let me tell you soemthing if you do not credit my account the money you took out i am reporting you to the better business bureau because i cancelled my account with you guys 2 weeks ago spoke with christine, britney and kyle so i need my refund or i will report you...

I ordered a free trail of acai pure which I had to pay s&h. About a week after I starting using the product it didn't agree with me. I called customer service to inform them that I didn't want to continue recieving the product. They said no problem. The rep on the other end apparently didn't process correctly because I recieved the charge on my credit card which I am disputing. The 800# I called is no longer in service and I can't get in contact to correct my concerns. I don't want to go through this every month. I did read the terms & agreement however I was within the time frame to cancel. The same way a consumer is willing to try is the same way a product should be cancelled when you follow proceedure to cancel. Its a waste of time when you have to keep doing the same thing over when you followed the instructions to begind with

I signed up for the Acai Pure FREE 30 day trial, their ad says they only charge $4.95 for shipping. That was fine, so I signed up. Upon receiving my shipment, I noticed the "fine print" said it was a 15 day trial, and if I chose to not continue to receive shipments, I needed to contact the company and get a Return Authorization and return the unused portion of product. I decided that a company who lied on their advertisement shouldn't be trusted, so I called to make sure I received no further shipments (cancel) and to get an RA. Danielle said she couldn't give me an RA over the phone that I would have to contact them by email. I did so. Received an email back saying it may take 72 hours to receive an RA. Now I'm seeing the writing on the wall...they want me to keep the product for too long so they can charge! So, I write another email, this one more forceful and receive an email back that says to keep the product, I don't need to return it. Today, (1 week after the cutoff time to return) I get charged $39.95. Now I'm furious! I call the company only to be told that I am rude and uncompromising. They have given me an RA over the phone (I thought they said they couldn't do that???) and I will return the product. Wonder if I will get my money back...any bets? Don't buy this product, don't even TRY this product, it is useless trash...the "customer service" is also useless trash. They have hired people who are obviously working only for the paycheck and don't give a rip if they are acting unethically or working for an unethical company. Definitely DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE IOTA OF YOUR TIME!

ordered acai pure from the internet. My credit card info was given to a company called fit factory in Nevada. They claimed all was disclosed on the sales page for acai pure, but I was not aware of anything there. It is supposed to be some diet support company, and I was charged 29.95 three different times. I had to threaten them legally to get the charges reversed. Beware of this scam!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAM!!! Like everyone else, they were only authorized to use my credit card for the shipping for the trial product. I was charged $45, though I returned all the unwanted products, I had a very difficult time getting in touch with them to credit my card back. Then I received a $50 shipment, and even after emailing and calling, cannot get a response. This is a criminal scam!!! My bank caught on before I did, and issued me a replacement card with a new number--phew. This company must be so bad that even my bank red flagged them!!!
