100% scam by kids
This is absolutely not a risk free trial. You either pay the shipping and handling and return the unopened bottle total $10.00 for not trying, or pay the $41 for the product. I tried to call them but got kids both times that laughed at me and told me I was ridiculous. I was told there are no supervisors and if there were then I couldn't talk to them. I think this experience has taken a few years off my life. Thank God I have an eternal one.

NEVER READ ANYTHING ABOUT BEING CHARGED $39.95 PLUS $4.95 FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING UNTIL I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. THEN YOU BECOME A MEMBER AND THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED AND CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD MONTHLY.. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. CAN'T SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THE WAY THEY MARKET THEIR PRODUCT?

Deceptive Fraud
I agreed to buy the Acai pure for 29.95 a month. I saw I was getting double charged on my credit card and called them. They told me that after 30 days I joined a club that I didnt know about for 29.95, just to be informed about there products. I told them I was going to report them.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/RIPPED OFF
I ORDERED A BOTTLE BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY GOING TO COST ME 4.95 FOR S&H. OK, I GET THE PRODUCT WEEKS LATER AND IT SAYS THAT YOU NEED TO CALL AND CANCEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CHARGED ANOTHER $39.95 AND 4.95 FOR S&H AGAIN. SO I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT JUST HAPPENED TO WRITE DOWN WHEN I ORDER THE STUFF AND A MAN NAME LOUIS ANSWERS AND TELLS ME THAT IT SAID RIGHT THERE THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT 14 DAYS LATER. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT SEE THAT PART OR I WOULD HAVE NOT ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE. HE STARTED TREATING ME LIKE AN IDIOT AND STARTED LAUGHING. I ASKED IF HE WOULD PLEASE NOT TAKE THIS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND HE STARTED LAUGHING AGAIN. I HUNG UP AND CALLED THE NUMBER AGAIN AND THE MAN I SPOKE WITH SAID, YAH, YOU JUST SPOKE WITH LOUIS. I COULD HEAR LOUIS IN THE BACKGROUND SWEARING AND LAUGHING. THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT SURE IF THEY WOULD TAKE IT OUT OF THE BANK OR NOT. I PLEADED WITH THEM AND THEY BOTH CONTINUED ON LAUGHING. IS THIS COMPANY RAN OUT OF SOMEONES HOME THAT I WAS ABLE TO GET THE SAME ROOM AGAIN AND NO ONE ELSE TO SPEAK TOO. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND STILL IS NOT KNOWING WHEN MONEY WILL COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. :( LORI

CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD
I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL WHILE PAYING $4.95 FOR SHIPPING.
THEY ARE NOW CHARGING ME $39.99 PER MONTH ON MY CREDIT CARD.
I DID NOT RECEIVE NOR DO I WANT TO ANY OTHER.
TALKED TO SOMEONE AT THE COMPANY WHICH TOLD ME THEY WILL RESPOND WITHIN 48 HOURS. THAT WAS EIGHT (8) DAYS AGO.

Overcharged, refund never received, over 4 hours on phone for contact
I ordered online free trial as recommended on the Oprah show, acai pure for 1.99. I was billed 41.85 on 10/27/08 for products I had not ordered. I called the customer service number as listed on the brochure and waited over 4 hrs. I was told to return the unwanted items and I would get credit to my account. However, I was billed on 11/13/08 39.95. I called again, waited for hrs. I was told to return the Acai Pure supplement also for full credit. I returned this by delivery confirmation postage on 11/18/08. I have not recieved any refund or correspondence from this company and I dont have any the products. I am out of 81.80 plus for trusting a recommendation from someone I trusted. Are there any legal remedies for this situation? At least Oprah should beware of her endorsements!!!

Ordered free sample of Acaipure for the $4.95 shipping charge and was billed today for $39.95 by CCNNUTRA. I never authorized this transaction

VICIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE
They get you with terms that are confusing, you cancel they ship anyway. Not only that but when you order them you are automatically enrolled in other memberships! When you call customer service you are met with a smug, vicious rep that will not let you get a word in edgewise, calls you a liar, laughs at you and taunts you with. Tough you agreed to it.
There must be an agency who can put an end to this, tricking the consumer and then being harassed and ridaculed by vicious employees.
THESE PRODUCTS ARE HAWKED ON RACHEL RAY AND OPRAH"S WEBSITES, SHAME ON THEM FOR EXPOSING THEIR AUDIENCE TO SUCH HARASSMENT AND HATEFULNESS.

ISENT AWAY FOR A FREE TRIAL OF ACAI PURE DIET SUPPLEMENT.THE EMAIL STATED JUST PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF4.95.THIS WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON JANUARING 19TH AND IRECEIVED THE PRODUCT THEREAFTER.I JUST RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND A CHARGE OF 39.95 ON FEBRUARY 9TH.I RECEIVED MY STATEMENT ON 2/21.I CALLED ACALAI PURE 1-888 692-8352 AND STATED i WAS PAYING FOR THE TRIAL.I CANCEKLED ANY FURTHER TRANSACTION AND STATED THAT I DID NOT OPEN THE SUPPLEMENT BUT THEY STATED IT WAS FOR 30 DAYS AND IT WAS NOW THE 23RD OF THE MONTH AND THEREFORE I COULD NOT REURN IT..I FEEL I WAS SCAMED AND FURTHER RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET OTHERS FEEL THE SAME WAY.PLEASE SHUT DOWN THE MISGUIDED AD AND PREVENT OTHERS FROM SCAM.ALSO WHEN I CALLED THE 1-88 NUMBER THEY HUNG HUNG UP AND WHEN I CALLED BACK REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND TOLD ME TO FIGURE IT OUT.THE NAMES OF THE GENTLEMEN I SPOKE TO WERE KEVIN AND CHRIS E WH REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR LAST NAMES
