Charges to credit card
I truly thought that I was ordering a "free" trial offer. Next thing I know I am being billed $44 + for something the company says I "elected" to purchase. The charges keep on coming and I want out !!! Perhaps the biggest consumer rip-off of this century. Where is the US Attorney's office when they are needed ????

Scam
I admit tha I was duped by all the web ads regarding quick weight loss and by the supposed free trial products. I should have realized that it was a scam when I saw the same stories of amazing weight loss on different web sites. The names were different but the stories were exactly the same. Long story short, do not buy from these people. Thir product does not really work and it is outrageously overpriced. Most of all, beware of the fine print in the User Agreement!

I ordered there free 14 day trail. I thought it was free with a $4.95 shipping fee. Well I called and cancel the subcription and the next day I was charged $39.95. I then called and talked with a rep by the name of Authur and he was very rude and refused to refund my money. I wont recommand this company to anyone.

never recieve my free trail but got charge 89.95
My credit card was charge twice before i recieve any product, i have sent back every package that i have recieve and the y conutine sending them and i have call left my phone number never recieve call back. I'm asking to have all the charges to be put back on my credit card & remove off this list, Thank you

Did not order monthly supply
I only ordered the "trial" supply for $1.95. I specifically looked for any information regarding the offer to sign up for future shipments and after the trial, a monthly charge. There was NOT any promise to order any future product or that my credit card would be charged anything other than the trial period supply. I was charged 39.95 immediately besides the trial charge. I have sent back the product and have yet to be credited on my account. After reviewing the complaints on this company I think they are dishonest and need to be accountable to their customers and refund as promised and fined by the Better Buisness Bureau.

Overall service
I got a one- month trial from this company and only had to pay "shipping and handling". Well if that was the case then i wouldn't have had charges on my card for $44.90! I had tried calling them but didn't want to wait on hold for almost an hour. I have things to do, i have a life and i can't be sitting on the phone with a company that has poor customer service so everyone has to wait an hour before being able to talk to someone. This went on for about 3 months and i got the three packages and got billed. I tried calling again and it was about a 30-40 minute wait. I sent another email cancelling and still no word. I had called and had off of work and no other plans so i was ready to wait any time necessary to get this delt with. Amazingly i got a customer service person within minutes. Only to have them tell me they can only give me my money back for the last month because there's a 30-day money back policy! She said for my troubles she will give me a $15 credit for the other one. I have to admit that was nice but i spent ALOT of money for something i didn't want and got screwed. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone, so stay away!!

unprofessional customer service
early this morning i have contacted customer service to address my product electronic order, once phone was answered a customer service rep named, Nick Johnson assisted me with the call. As i was attempting to explain my situation he rudely cut me off and assumed his own ending to the matter. he then mad a statement which i felt was really weird, unprofessional and down right inappropriate. I asked him for his supervisor immediately he refused and said to me, "I don't like you, so i am going to hang up the phone and someone else will assist you, i again asked for his supervisor then he continued with the antics, "You must be one of those customers who doesn't read policy nor conditions". I then asked for the CEO he said, i will not forward his name to you the CEO doesn't want o be bothered with pesty people like yourself...UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Unauthorized charges
This company offers a trial offer of $4.95 for their product and then 3 weeks later they charge you another $39.95 without your knowledge. Dont get scammed, dont fall for the "trial offer"
