BUYER BEWARE!!! ACAI-PURE IS AFFILIATED WITH BROMALITE.COM AND IF YOU DO NOT CLICK THE BOX WHEN YOU ARE ON THE BROMALITE WEBSITE TO NOT ALLOW THESE SCUMBAGS AT ACAI-PURE.COM TO SEND YOU PRODUCT THEN YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THINGS YOU NEVER ORDERED AND SUPPOSEDLY SENT BY THEM, AUTOMATICALLY. BROMALITE IS A VERY NICE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, BUT ACAI-PURE IS NOT!!!. ACAI-PURE TO THIS DAY REFUSES TO REFUND OUR MONEY OR EVEN GIVE US TO A SUPERVISOR. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY. IF YOU WANT IT TO STOP YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD YOU ORDERED THE PRODUCT WITH AND THEN AND ONLY THEN THE AUTOMATIC BILLING OF YOUR ACCOUNT WILL STOP. impossible to cancel!
This company ACAI-PURE is a BILLING SCAM! ... and now they have my credit card number.
I on-line clicked though receiving a Free trial of a diet pill Acai on November 16th.
On Dec 2 I found a $44.85 charge on my credit card (given for shipping fees) and called the 888/692-8352 number immediately. After AN HOUR AND 7 MINUTE wait, the rep Giselle said I could not cancel that original shipment as it had already shipped. Return it for a full refund, and I will receive no more shipments.
I was out of town and had my mail stopped during the Holidays. Now, January 7th, I found a $39.95 charge on my Credit Card. I called 888/692-8352 immediately again, and after 25 MINUTE wait the rep, Kelly Smith, could do nothing. I then requested the supervisor, and spoke with Kevin who finally offered $40 return. He could not accet the product back in full, for full refund, as the 30 day trial limit expired. BUT I HAD TRIED TO CANCEL after 16 days.
Kevin suggested all erroneus billing was my fault as I had not thoroughly read the ACAI PURE FREE TRIAL CONTRACT. He likened that I was in the same boat at the idiot military man who hadn't read their military contract in ful and was now getting shipped back to Iraq for 3rd and 4th tour.

Scam
Another of the many to fall for this SCAM. I have contacted the Attorney General of Arizona as well as my home state and sent the same info to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest everyone do the same. Good luck everyone and don't give up. Companies like this should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!!!.. They are criminals!

never received - charged $80
I wanted the free trial. I was charged $39.95 for it. Never received it. Called several times and never got through. Then got charged the same amount a month later!!! I'm still trying to cancel it, and cannot contact this company. Definitely a scam, and now I overdrafted my account to pay for something I never received.

Acai-Pure diet product
I ordered the "Free Trial" from Acai-Pure. I was to be charged $4.95 for shipping. I received Hoodia Water and some gum and was charged $41.85. I did not order it, but was told that I did. I have since had 3 more charged put on my credit card, another shipment of the worthless product, and I am still trying to get my money back. Somebody shut this fraudulent company down! There tactics are criminal.

Unauthorized shipped order
I found this web site and decided to try the Acai-Pure trial only which was for s/h $4.95, before submitting the order I double checked the total which was only $4.95. I was told I would receive a confirmation via e-mail. Later I did received the confirmation with an order # but it did not list my order or the cost. I later found out that my debit card had been charged for two products hoodia gum and hoodia liquid totaling $44.85. I called the company and was put on hold for well over an hour!! I told the representative that I did not order the ho0dia items and I would not have considered ordering them because I had not researched anything about them. I explained I do not order items I am not familiar with and that I was completely certain of my cost $4.95 before placing the order. I asked for a credit and said I would be returning the entire order and was not going to authorize this company to charge my account in the future. Do not trust these people, they are listed under about 15 different company names. If your going to order anything call and speak to a live person, I learned my lesson once and for all about online ordering.

overcharged
Online the wesite states that you can try the product for a free 14 day charge, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling charges (4.95). When I checked my credit card statement, they charged my account 44.85. Their phone number appears on your statement 888.692.8352! When I did attempt to call I was placed on hold for an hour, then the call was disconnected.

SCAM
These scam artists charged my card $44.85 !!! I was only suppose to be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling of something that I have never received. I have tried to call them and the wait time is usually more than 50 minutes. I have also sent e-mails to customer support with no replies. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, they will take your money and send you nothing!!!
If you already have been scammed, callyourbank, they can help you undo the charge and then send them an e-mail on customer support page and tell them not to send anything and not to ever charge your card again.

refund money
I ordered a 14 day trail of acai-pure and sent it back after 7 days and they still charge my account 2 times for a total of $81.84. It has been over a month now and they have yet refunded my money. e-mail or phone calls don't help, if you can get thru to them!
