charged twice and returned product without getting a refund on my credit card

After getting my free trail offer, I was charged on 9-19-08 $39.95 and also on 10-4-08 in the amount of $44.90. I returned one order that was sent to me without my consent and they didn't refund my money. This is a scam. When you call their toll free number they say the wait time is 75 minutes. You can never get through. Help. Suzanne Ryan

cancelled and they still send product and charged me for it.

I cancelled this order on 10-29-08 by telephone. I also emailed them on 10-30-08 just to make sure. Guess what, they sent out an order on 11-1-08 and charged my card. I call them back when I received this order and was told that they had no record of my phone call just an e-mail dated 11-2-08 and this was after the date they had shipped out this order. Guess what, I saved all their emails. So, I sent them back an orginal copy . I'm now contacting my credit card company and filing a dispute with them.
