I agree with all these complaints - people-- don't waste your money! This company is horrible to deal with. Boxes are automatically checked at the check out screen (which they say is "great marketing") that opts you in to purchase products you don't want. When you realize that you have made a mistake, they don't want to help you fix it and blame us (the consumer) for not seeing the "obvious"...again, "great marketing"...for them, of course! It took us 50 minutes to get an actual person on the phone, then when we did, they had a smart answer for everything.
When we did get to talk with them to try to fix an error that my mother-in-law made when making a purchase and they weren't helpful at all. I was told that they would extend the deadline of returning the item until 11/11 (4 days from today), and if I continue to argue my point in their "marketing plan", he (James) would retract that offer! How poor is that? Although I had been trying to email & call for 4 weeks, I still had to meet that 30 day deadline b/c all the instructions were on the form is what I was told. I expressed my disappointment with their marketing and told them that others in my office at work were upset, too. They didn't seem to care.
What has happened to customer service, anyway?
