acai
I ordered a "free" trial from this company yea right! They sent me some gum and some kind water and charged my credit card! They say that they have this "air tight" return policy yet now they say NO returns. I see all of the complaints but what can we do about it? I am disgusted

overdrawn fee
This company charged me an additional $89.97 that was never agreed to, nor was there any "fine print" in my initial order stating that there would be an additional charge. I want my money back immediately or I will take further action.

you bill me but you did not send the produt
I ordered a free trial of the diet product you offered. I did not realize that it was going to really cost me as you decided to put the clause in there that I would get some more and charge it to my credit card the next month and that was that I had to decide not to order any more within a alloted amound of time. Besides I did not even get the darn next product and yet I am being charged. Why would you do that? I read through a lot of the customer complaints and it seems like this company is not reputable at all. You tried to explain it to me why it was the way it was and I was going to get charged anyway. I am sending it to the disbute department of my bank. I do not plan to pay for this charge. I did not even get the darn order so I can send it back, what a deal.

Pop up/customer suppot
Pop Up when I was trying to order a colon cleanse and having difficulty with another site, when the pop up occured I thought it was the site I had been trying to contact. There was only one page and no information regarding any restrictions ie; cancel within 14 days. When the item appeared on my credit card as pending they said I had 14 days only to cancel. I hadn't intended to take it right away since I was going on a trip. Had I seen that I wouldn't have bought the item. Within 14 days of taking it I quit the product as it caused the runs and made me very sore. When I called my bank they told me to try to settle with them, which I did. They sounded concillitory and I thought it was taken care of. Then I received another bottle in the mail which I refuseed. I called the bank again and they told me to try to get in touch with them again and their customer suppot page is gone. These guys shoud be blocked from the internet. Using pop up's, no customer support and selling a dangerous product using a laxative constantly, [every 14 days is dangerous and aimed towards teenagers.
The Food and Drug Administration should be used for barring these kinds of products from the internet.
