Charged £154.95 for 1months supply of acia slimming pills and pure hoodia
I ordered a free months free trial of these two items as advertised on the internet, no mention was made of having to pay for the FREE!! trial in the THE AD.I must admit I forgot to end the free trial but didnt think too much about it as I never expected to be charged so much and planned to cancel it before another month went by.Iv just got a credit card bill for £154.95 for a months free trial and a months supply of these pills, would never have agreed to pay so much, ever.Have just spoke to a very smug man on their customers service line, he told me that he is very particular what he puts in his body as I should be and whenever I tried to speak he spoke over me.I was offered a refund of £49.00 which is ridiculous.I will bad mouth this company to everybody I know, which is a shame because the product was good.

Unauthorized payment taken from bank account
Just before Christmas 2010 my husband was offered a free trial of weightloss tablets, with just a small delivery fee £2.49 with the option of cancelling within 14 days. Unfortunately they wanted our account details before the order could be processed, it all sounded above, so foolishly we entered our bank account details. The package arrived and on the 30th Dec 2010, after several attempts in telephoning the so called company, we opted to email them to cancel the subscription, they emailed us back immediately to inform us they had no record of us in their system!!! I tried ringing again more than 20 times, but to no avail, after several mins the phone goes dead. So I emailed them again asking to cancel and also informed them I had tried to ring them more than 20 times. Got no reply so waited two days then emailed again requesting the order be cancelled. To my horror I got a mini statement today from bank and noticed a transaction of £75 had been taken out by www.CSU8.com. I immediately contacted my bank regarding this and they informed me that unfortunately i wasn't the 1st customer to complain and the banks fraud team had already began to investigate this so called company. I had to cancel my account which has caused me stress, but i am petrified this company will keep hitting my account for more money!! I am not financially well off and £75 to me meant a great deal to me and my family. I am not sure if i will ever get a refund of £75 from my bank and even if i do it will take ages. please be warned, this is a scam. Do not be foolish like i was and never ever give your details over the internet. If it sounds to good to be true then it usually is. I am so upset over the whole matter.

SCAM
This is a total scam! I ordered the "free" trial, took 2 weeks to be delivered, was charged US$87 for the product as well as being charged for a couple of different memberships each month that I had no idea about. I called numerous times to cancel and had to wait 30 minutes each time to be answered. You have to phone a seperate time to cancel each of these memberships. I was advised on two seperate phone calls that I had 30 days FROM THE DATE I WAS BILLED to return the product which I DID. After numerous calls and forever being on hold they told me it was 30 days from when the product was ordered. I ordered the product, only received it 15 days later so had under 2 weeks to return the product. I returned the product un-opened and have not received a refund. They have told me it was received too late which is totally false and will not do anything about it. They will not even return the product back to me. Bottom line, I returned the brand new product with no refund and no return hence they have stolen US$87 from me! They are absolutely useless and robbers! Do not by any means order this product, you will lose money month after month with unauthorised charges!

unathorized bank charges
I was a victim of the AcaiSlim scam. I ordered the product for a trial period for 2.95 and did not read the fine print, that said if I did not return the product within 14 days my credit card would be charged 87.62 each month. I cancelled the subscription with AcaiSlim and immediately notified my bank. The bank said that I would have to recover my losses from the company. They said I would need to get a confirmation number cancelling my subscrition and an RMA number, which I did. Once I received the products for the second time, I immediatley return the unopened product via UPS so that I would have a tracking number for proof. Unfortuneately, not only are you enrolled in the trial period AcaiSlim you are automatically enrolled in 2 other complanies, those being World Club Fitness and Weight Loss Resources. If you do not cancel all subscriptions related to the AcaiSlim within 40 days of the original trial period these companies have your credit card information and you will be charged monthly even though you did not sign up for them. After cancelling my account and numerous phone calls and letters, hopefully this situation has been resolved.

charges for cncelled product
My Name is Angela Reading. I live in Perth Western Australia. I ordered Acai slim on the internet 18th August, then cancelled the product and the subscription on the 13th September by phone. I am still being billed for the product and subscriptions to two other things ie insider secrets (World club fitness) and comprehensive weight loss (Weight loss resources) that i knew nothing about. They are coming out of my credit card

Fraudulant offer
Please dont order from this company.
You go through the process of the 14 day free trial, then when that is accepted you get the chance to go for a 30 day free trial. when you are accepted for that you can order.
I did it and it said, after knowng i was in the Uk that i would be charged $2.95 postage.
Once i had put my credit card details in the site said that i could not purchase from them as i had used them before in the past, which i had not.
I then received an email saying my order was processed and i was being charged $12.90 shipping.
the catch is that if you actually use the so called free trail you will then be charged $87 a month taken automatically.
I called the company in America and spoke to a very unhelpfull person who said she was unable to cancel the first shipment, i would still be charged $12.90 as i am in the uk and that if i returned the product then i would not be charged te next lot of $87.
PLEASE PLEASE dont use this site. it is a con...
I called my Credit card immedialey and they are aware of the company and have had many complaints.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I was on my facebook account and saw the ad for a free 30-day trial of this acai slim pill. I never buy anything online, especially with a free trial but I looked at website which looked legit and said I would only pay 2.95 for shipping and handling. So I gave my credit card info and within 2 hours, I had 8 missed calls from a 623 area code confirming my shipment and stating they were gonna also charge me 40+ dollars for some other product I never ordered. I told them I was not interested in any other products and they hung up. Later today I read approximately 50 negative reviews of this company with everyone stating they were scammed. I immediately called my credit card company and had my card cancelled. I was on a live chat with a representative from acai slim who said when I clicked confirm button I agreed to have my credit card billed 87.62 for the product. Of course I never saw this on the website but now I have to mail this product back, whenever I receive it, and hope they credit my new account back with the money. Unfortunately, that means giving these scam artists my new credit card info which will probably prolong this already exhausting and anxiety producing event.

Scam
If you sign up to any of the free trials PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the terms and conditions before giving them your banks detals. It is a SCAM yes they do send you a trail amount of pills however they charge you more than you origianally agree to ie if they say it will be $4.99 for the pills and postage and packaging will be $1.99 for example you think well thats good, it will appear on your bank statement for about $15.99. After 14 days they will then charge your bank account for approx $80.00 and they will continue to do this until you put a stop to it. They give your details to other companies which I believe to be sister companies of theirs and they also start chargeing your bank account. Even if you contact them to put a stop to it they give you a cancelation ref but they don't tell you that the other companies will still be charging you. The only way to make it stop is to cancel your bank card inform the fraud sqaud and speak to them on the online chat service. They do try to avoid your questions so be persistant and do not give up till you have cancelation numbers from all the companies that they have given your details to. If they try to tell you that you have to contact the companies by phone yourself then please persist threaten them with the police and copy and paste the whole conversation onto a word document in order to keep the proof from the online chat. I was lucky I caught onto this very quickly but friends of mine have not been so lucky if I can stop at least one person being SCAMMED then I will be very happy.

How Do I Cancel?
I can't figure out how to cancel this Acai-aSlim either. I'm going to write to them at the address on the shipping package:

Acaiaslim
12278 South Lone Peak Parkway
Draper, UT 84020

I need to check and see if they are deducting payment from my credit card or checking account, and complain to them and tell them to stop payments.
