I ordered the trial bottle for $4.95 shipping and handling in good faith to try a promising product. Upon recieving it along with some other trial products from different companies, I realized that all the companies signed up participants automatically for very expensive memberships. I ordered my trial bottle on 5/24/09, which was a Sunday. I did not recieve the product until 5/30/09, (6 days later). Not realizing that the company would automatically charge me $79.95 for a new bottle & shipping and handling exactly 14 days after my order was placed, I tried to cancel my unintentional membership on the weekend of 6/6/09 but their customer service was not available. Then I tried again on Monday, 6/8/09 at 8:AM, but their customer service doesn't start until 8:AM Pacific Standard Time. Since I live in the Chicago area, I was not able to contact anyone to cancel my automatic membership until after
10 AM Central Standard Time. The customer service department is located in Delaware and operates on Eastern standard Time.

By the time I was finally able to contact their customer service department to try to cancel my automatic membership, I was informed that the company had already billed me for another month of product at a cost of $79.95 and that it had already been shiped off. This means that before my 14 day trial period ended, I lost 6 days waiting for the product to arrive, and then 2 more days due to their customer service being closed on the weekend. Simply put, I wanted to cancel my automatic membership before their supposed 14 day trial period expired, but was not physically able to do so due to their customer service hours. The fact that this company charged me
$79.95 and shipped off unwanted product the very second they were technechally able to leads me to believe this company runs a very profitable scam on unsuspecting customers who fail to read the fine print in the terms and conditions section of their website.
Their policy refuses to accept unopened product back and deal with cutomers in good faith. I feel swindled by a company that definetly
took advantage of my openness to try their product. They really don't practice good customer service, they bamboozle people with a set up that is geared to take advantage of cutomers who try their product, and then hide behind "company policy" instead of acting in good faith with people.

I ordered the trial pills, but they did not work for me. I have no way to cancel.
