rip off/charged
If you call to cancel the membership within the 14 day trial period..you will not get a conformation number e-mailed to you until the 15th day which allows the company to justify charging their membership fee of $149.95. I referenced their cancellaltion number back to them twice during the 14 day trial period but they couldn't find where I ever called in but on the 15 day I received the number by e-mail. By the way, I never even got the supplements...which is why I cancelled within 14 days when I became supicious. My husband also ordered the supplements but when I tried to cancel his account they said they couldn't find an account for him but yet he has the initial charge of $1.95 on his credit card. So I contacted my credit union to charge back the amounts.

Billing Credit card
Ordered free trial--heard about these from Dr. Oz, 4.95 shipping gives them your credit card number and they send more At 139.00 charged to cc When I called wouldn't speak to me --said they would call me back leave them name & number. Still no reply. Contacted American Express, they said the Co told them you enter a membership when ordering the Free bottle($4.95)s&H and have to cancel it within 10 days--I didn't even receive the free bottle until 10 days after ordering BECAUSE they send it regular mail with no tracking--so who knows when they actually mailed it. I returned the 139.00 package the very next day with tracking My cost s&h $8.90 they told American Express Too bad --No refunds!! The biggest Scam ever and Someone needs to do something about it--any suggestions?

Sent product with no way to cancel..being billed
Then sent the "free" trial after the date they said they would send. Then the full package began arriving within a few days after that with no information inside. No phone, no address, no invoice and no way to cancel.
The discussion about the product coming and being billed $85.00 per month is written in very small print. There is no discussion about in the product information when they solicit for the free trial. This company is a scam. I learned too late.
