I ordered from Acai Berry Tropic and not knowing that I would be charged after 30days of having the product.Once I seen that they charged me, I called customer and talked to a mgr on duty (Haney Moran)and she told me if I wanted any money back I had to return the product and they would give me $75 back. This was Dec16th 2009 the same day I mailed off the package. My UPS receipt has the date on it and when I called UPS they stated that the package arrived Dec 18th2009.I have been calling this company since Dec 2009. Everyone keep telling me just wait 5-7 days.I have given them all that they have ask for but I have not got my money. When I was talking to Mrs. Moran in Dec she never stated nor gave me a RMA. I did't know that i needed a RMA# until I ask to speak to another mgr on duty(Mr.David Webb)he ask me for a RMA# and I told him that I did't receive one from Mrs. Moran. It is now Feb and March is around the corner. I just want my money back, I don't have the product anymore and each time I call the product is still at the postoffice and customer service want give me any other contact number. The only thing i have is the order number off my packing slip 924388 they did't even put my order date. I did email the customer support twice I told them my problem and they just say call customer servive which was no good.No telling who else they have got over on, dealing with refunds and their gurantee to their customers.
