I ordered a trail package and was charged for another package that I did not order but was charged 88.64. I returned the packages and was promised a refund which never was recieved. The phone number fake and no e-mail address. The whole company is a fake. Rececca Boller P.S. We too were scammed by this free-trial offer. The offer states you will only be billed for the shipping but we were billed $88.64 prior to the end of our 14 trial period. We ordered the "free trial" Acai Tropic product on Sept. 30. We did not receive the product until Oct. 19! We saw a pending charge on our account on Oct 13 and attempted to call the company. We also got a disconnected number. I also e-mailed the company asking to cancel the order since we had not yet rec'd it on Oct 13. Finally received the product and found a "working" number on the product itself. I called on the 19th and they told me that I did not cancel the membership in time! They said to e-mail and request a refund and that I would receive a refund within 7 business days. I waited and called back on Oct 27th and said I would not receive a refund until the billing dept. rec'd the product back. (Why didnt they tell me that the first time I called?). I spoke to a so called manager named Sarah Miller that told me to return the product to P.O. Box 12290 Wilmington, Deleware 19850. I mailed the product back on Oct 27th. My delivery confirmation tracking said there was an attempt to deliver that package to that address on Oct 30th. A notice was left but no response has been given up to this point! I called back today Nov. 17th and spoke to a Megan King and was told that they would issue a refund within 2 - 3 business days. I did ask for the so called manager Sarah Miller and was told "she can not be found at this time". What does that mean? We have since cancelled that credit card and filed a fraud case against this company. I believe this is all a scam and the people answering the phone are not on US soil. BUYERS BEWARE.
