	Renea Haney May 23, 2011 scam Beware of this company-they want you to try a product for a small shipping charge--tiny print says that you have 14 days to stop but you dont receive the product until past the 14 days start charging you each month--agreed to 3.99, was charged 84.95 then again this month 84.95-have disputed with my credit card company and they are investigating---found the phone number by enhansing the tiny print and called--they left me on hold 12 minutes before I disconnected---did record the call though for evidence-----should have done my research before I agreed----scam ----beward
	mandy211633 May 5, 2011 money took from my bank i bought a free trial product for nearly 8 dollers which i was told for postage costs and i was told there was no ties and i would not be hassled to buy from them in the future just one off payment anyway around 2 days after recieving this trial product the company took 69.91 out of my account this is in pounds so what ever that is in dollars i do not know but i didnt allow for this at all what so ever my complaint is they stole from my account using my card details and i want it back please can you help regards mrs clark p.s my email address is [email protected] if you would like to know anything else
	MeaLin10 March 25, 2011 Unauthorized Charge I purchased a "free trial" from this company, which stated that all I would have to pay is a one time shipping fee. Not even a month later I received an unkown charge on my credit card for $84.95 and I had to call the bank to tell me what it was for because it did not have the company's name in the description. I have not received a refund from them, an e-mail, I didn't even get the pills I 'paid' for!!! I had to cancel my credit card because I know that is the only way I would be able to stop them.

If you have received the product call 1-888-376-0711 and request a number to be attached to your package that you return to: 400 Cleveland Street, #800, Clearwater FL 33755. hoping that they reimburse you. Call your credit card and start a fraud process.
	robertacrandall1954 June 25, 2010 all the reviews after seeing all the compliants...i immediately tried to call and couldn't get through. i just ordered it within 30 minutes and already 95cents has been taken. however i cancelled my credit card and will be issued a new card/number. regardless i too...want my order immediately/today cancelled with the acai ultimate company and any other companies they may try to use to obtain monies from my now closed credit card number. order# 133915 placed appox. 1:30pm on 6/25/2010
	DEBI MOHLER June 24, 2010 cancel please cancel order - I do not want to be charged any amount from Acai Ultimate on my credit card. It advised i have 48 hr to cancel and tomorrow June 25 is the 2nd day please cancel - I will not accept any further charges from your company.
	applemac143 July 17, 2009 illegal charges did not order a monthly subscrition but send anyway. All email and phone number does not exist. Want to stop delivery but cannot. It did not mention the additional charges in the advertisement. And how do you expect customers to send back or reply when your email and address does exist.
