you billed me 39.95 for pills that I donot want. THe product did not work for me. sSo please do not send me or bill me again. thanks

This company supposedly offers you and effective product "free" for 14 days, after which they charge you 59 dollars per month for enrolling. I tried to cancel on the 15th day, before any additional product had been mailed to me, and what happened?? They were happy to cancel, but refused to refund my money.

Essentially I tried a product that did NOT work and paid $59 for it. Of course I should have cancelled within the "trial" period, but I think this company banks on the fact that people will misunderstand this process. My trial period started the day I ordered the product, not when I receive it.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! I received very poor customer service and was HUNG UP on by a staffer when I calmly suggested that many other companies with enrollment plans will refund your money if you cancel and they have not yet sent new product out.

I received the first trial package with what said a packing slip. There was no total amount or any type of instructions to cancel the product. When I looked on my credit card recent activity I saw there was a charge for 59.95 I called the 866 number and asked the representative to cancel any shipments, I did not want the product. I received a confirmation email stating the product had been cancelled. I received a package in the mail from Acai Burn today, I have not opened the package nor do I wish to keep it. I looked at my credit card activity again and found that there is another charge for 59.95. I need these charges reversed and would like to return the package that was sent.
