Did not order past the trial sample. Trial sample never used upon advise of my physician. Returned to frim and they refused it
I requested a ten day free trial. Paid for mailing. When the pills arived the label told me to consult my physician. My physician told me I should not use this product with the current medications that I am taking and my heart condition. I returned the sample, unopened but not in the original mailer to the firm and they refused it. A second mailing came - it was posted to my credit card account. I mailed this back in the unopended mailer - certified with return recipt requested. Real Labs refused to accept it or sign for it. I have since returned two additional mailings, by directly writing on the outside of the original mailer. The post office informed me to do this. They said that they will have to accept them this way and pay postage due. The post office also said - "This will make them stop and it will make more money for the post office department." We will see

fraudulent charge
I, too, ordered the free trial bottle of 30 acaix3 pills online for the shipping charge of $2.79. Delivery was suppose to take between 4-6 weeks. I received the trial bottle on April 13, 2009, just
within a few days of my order and with the $2.79 charge authorized on my account. On April 16, 2009 another charge from the same company for $88.55 and with only this MC-ACAI X3 REFUNDS
CALL 86 DRAPER. I called my bank and spoke with the fraud division as the charge was still "pending". I was told there was no reference information, address or telephone number. There is
no manufacture address, name, or number on the trial bottle and there was no invoice or other information on the delivery package. From researching the websites and other sources, I was
able to find a possible company name submitted above and have called the customer service number with no response. This is mail fraud, monetary fraud and have doubts of the diet pills
being filled with anything edible or medically sound. I will keep pursuing this as I am afraid for others. S. McLane
