Cancel my order
I want to cancel my oder immediatly. I called 1-877-666-0531 like I was told and instead the lady i spoke with kept offereing different deals. I dont want 10 more days to try again, I don't want another months supply. I want to stop being charged and for my account to be closed.

Unauthorized Shipment Receivedd
I accepted a "no obligation" free trial offer where I only had to pay $2.79 for shipping of a vitamin called ACAI X3 which is supposed to be a metabolism booster filled with nutirents and anti-oxidants.
It has been less than 30 days (the period of the trial) and today I received a second bottle of this product which I neither ordered nor authorized. There is no information in the package, so I looked them up by product name and address online and found numerous complaints about this company and it's scam where illicit charges of large amounts have been made to people's bank accounts.
My bank is offline for maintenance and I'm unable to see how much I've been charged, but I am absolutely terrified. The company is listed as being located at 3007 Greene Street in Hollywood, FL 33020 -- and lists an 800 # that is useless.
What steps can I take now to stop this theft? I DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT AND I DO NOT WANT IT.

rip off! don't order EVER!
I also made the huge mistake of ordering a free sample. I just found a charge of $78.53 from Wellness Labs. I called 1-866-949-0138 and was put on hold for 15 minutes while the rep "verified" some information. The policy, as he explained it to me, is this. Once you place an order for a free sample, you have 19 days to return the product and cancel the account. Your free sample is a full 30 day supply, which they never make clear in the first place. According to the rep, I placed the order for my "free sample" on Sept. 30. I received the product on Oct. 6. The free trial begins Sept. 30, irregardless of the fact that I don't have the product in my possession until a week later. At any rate, I called the company, cancelled my account, and am sending the "free sample" back. They will give you a cancellation number, an address to send the product too, and a return number. It's bad enough that you have to pay your own return shipping. After you've sent the stuff back, they will send you a confirmation email, at which time, you call back to the 866 number and then they refund your money which takes 5-7 business days. This is not worth the hassle. Want to try Acai and Colon Cleanse? Live Better! Wal-Mart!

diet pills
I order a sample at the end of march and did not know that you had to cancel or they will charge your credit card and mail you out more pills. April 15, 2009 my card was charged 88.55 for something I did not want I called and cancelled and then returned the product to them. I am stilling wanting for my refund and I still get the same run around and there is no one that you can speak with. Not only do I not have my money but I do not have the product either. HOW IS THAT RIGHT

Credit Card Fraud Scam
This company offerred 30 capsule free trial of ACAI X3 product for $2.73 shipping. After I received the free trial I was billed $88.55 for a 30 day supply that I didn't order. If you read their fine print you will see that this happens automatically. There is a phone contact number that you call to cancel future orders. I received a return goods authorization number and after returning the 30 day supply received no refund. Calling frequently to follow up I reached operators who spoke poor very English & I don't think they understand English well. Always order these products from a reputable local health food store - much more security and confidence that they will back their product. I learned the very hard lesson - NEVER GIVE YOU CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE OR ON THE INTERNET. I can't even express the anguish and hatred I have for these kind of rotten dirty scoundrels. I hope there is a special HELL for them.

Scam - Overcharging
What a scam!!! What a mistake to click on their innocent looking diet aid ad online!! Bunch of red tape online to read... The trial bottle came - with NO disclosure paperwork/statement or customer service information. I called the number on my credit card statement - finally got a person. Cancelled my account, gave me the RMA # and I sent it to them with the USPS delivery confirmation. Checked & they received it. They e-mailed that they will issue a credit (less $5 S&H...) Now I see they have charged me again - for a 2nd bottle & S&H!!! I called them again - they actually had it posted on my statement with another name and different phone number. Try B-Labs: 1-800-976-1123 or Detoxidant: 1-866-976-1123. I told her I wanted to talk to her supervisor and I wanted another RMA # that I wanted full credit back to my card and would again send it with a tracking number (you betcha!!!) It was sent to 3007 Greene St, Hollywood, FL 33020. And they did receive it. So now as soon as I receive this 2nd bottle that slipped thru the cracks - off it goes back to them. The charge to me to ship it back is worth it and a lesson learned not to click on anything advertized online like that again. The VISA rep I talked to was well aware of their business practices. Isn't there an agency higher up to report these people to? There phone numbers change frequently - they are a scam. Cancel as soon as you receive the bottle (& all future deliveries too). Keep the ID # of who you talk to and all RMA #'s and cancellation #. Keep your tracking # from the postal service and check on the delivery!! Lesson learned--TW in Indiana 8/12/09

never got money back after return
I returned a product to this company for a refund. Customer service said the refund had been processed, but I never got my money back. I had purchased a free trial of Acai X3, and after two weeks was shipped another bottle. My bank account was charged $88.55 for this bottle. I called customer service (866-951-1393) to obtain the address to return the bottle to, because I did not want any further bottles of this product. I shipped the bottle to 405 E 12450th S, Suite I; Draper, Utah 84020 (just in case any of you live nearby and want to check this place out-maybe someone there has some answers, but I doubt it). By the way, the BBB has another address of 6100 Neil Rd Suite 500; Reno, Nv 89511. The product arrived and was signed by a guy named Nash, per UPS tracking. After a week, I called customer service to inquire about the refund. They told me that the refund had been processed and that it takes 7-10 days to show up in my account. I called back again after that time period had gone by to inquire about the status of the refund because it still had not been credited back into my account. The customer service agent told me that the refund had been processed on his end and that there was nothing else that he could do and that I would have to contact my financial institution. He also stated that he only handled customer service for the company and did not have a telephone number in order for me to call the company directly to try and work this out. I asked to talk to a supervisor so that I could ask for the company's phone number and was told "no, I already told you what what you have to do."

Fraud! NEED HELP!
I ordered a trial from Acai X3, for $2.75 a month ago. (not on my credit card, my dad's) I recieved the order a month ago and they called asking if i had recieved it, because they said i didn't. I said yes i did and i do not want to be charged for anymore. They never said ANYTHING about needing to cancel or that it would be sent monthly.
I was sent another order today! I don't know how much i was charged since my dad hasn't told me anything strange about it. i will check tonight when he comes home. BUT, if i was charged $88.95 like everyone else, then how can i get my money back?
I've called the 866-949-0138, i put in my creditcard number to cancel (stupid!). then i called 866-951-1393 and some guy with an accent so hard to understand, asked me for my last 6 digit of my cc number and my name but they didn't find me in their system. He gave me 866-593-387, i called and the phone said it was not a bonafide number.
The package sent was from 3007 Greene St. Hollywood FL 33020-1307. F*cking kidding me right? I asked that guy where is YOUR ACAI X3 from? He's like "Wyoming" THE SH*T?
I don't know what to do, I've learned my lesson, I WILL ask my dad to cancel his car. but I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANYWAY I CAN REFUND FOR THIS SCAM!

I bought the trail size and then they shipped me without my approval another bottle. I returned that and then I received another bottle i sent that back. They charged my credit card $83. and change. took money out of my account
Beware it is not a free trial as I just found out and was charged 64 dollars so make sure you read everything as right here you see nothing that says their will be a charge. I am disable and extremely expenseve medication and their was no way this person I talked to would return my money. I did not authorize them to take out the 64 only the 2.79 for the so called free trial so beware I still have the whole bottle left and they would still not return my money the lady I talked to today said she could under some circumstances but not this so please beware !!!
