BE AWARE OF FREE TRIAL PRODUCTS!!! Do not purchase any products that are on a "FREE" trial period! You do not receive the product until a week later & then they only give you a total of 15 days to try the product, which includes the time it takes for you to receive the product. And then, by clicking on the accept/submit button after entering your credit card info, you are actually getting involved with way more companies than just the one that you are intending to order from. These companies (including NatraPure Colon Cleanse companies) actually give your credit card info to several other companies that just end up helping themselves to your precious, hard-earned money & you don't have a clue about it until it's too late. THEN theses companies tell you that there's nothing you can do about it because their info is in the small fine print in the terms & conditions that you actually have to click on a tiny printed link to get to and read.

The commercial on TV says "try risk free for 30 days". It was for ACAI Fresh. What a crock!!!
I ordered it on May 31, 2009. I cancelled on June 1 or 2. The "sample" arrived on June 13. I never did open it. My bank account was holding a charge for $87.13 from Top Body Cleanse. Cancelled again on June 15, 2009. Still no refund. This has caused my checks to bounce, which in turn was charged $35.00 for NSF on checks. This has been a nightmare!
The company person that I spoke with was very rude and arrogant. Said I could not have a refund even though I did not receive the shipment charged for. I also wanted to send back sample - said they would send me a lable????Finally after I threatened to call the Attorney General's Office and the bank, did they agree to send to the refund department. Calling daily to try and get my money back. Still nothing. There should be a law against these companies doing this!!!

It's so funny, tell me why are you going to have "isobel" write this article explaining whats going on daily... when in the beginning she says she has two girls... then it goes on to say later in the article two young boys then it says later two boys and a husband...

as for everyone else, all the trial stuff you get online are all going to screw you over in the end.. They will charge your accounts and try to scam you even farther... I'm sorry if you are have fallen victim to it.. None of this stuff is healthy for you, if you want to lose weight go to a doctor and talk to them.. they have stuff they can prescribe to you... quit trying to be cheap and find away to lose weight fast...

Paid shipping on Visa card, then tried to cancel could not get ahold of anyone. Went to Bank changed card. They don't concider this fraud because I gave my # for shopping. They gave phone and e-mail address. I still have no luck in canceling this product.

This company is a rip off. They said that I had 30 days to cancel and my credit card should have been charged within the 30 day period in order to cancel that shipment and recieve a refund. My card was not charged until 1.5 months later! And of course it is after the 30 days and no refund will be issued. I asked to speak with a manager and they will not transfer anyone. Managers do not deal with customers and only customer service reps can handle those calls. Buyer beware!
