Acai X3 in Hollywood FL are scammers
They say $2.79 will be charged but they will then steal $88.95
Our government needs to stop these thieves.
Outright lies and deceit.

product never recieved
I initially began ordering product through an ad, but then after entering my information decided not to submit it because something seemed fishy. Later that evening, I received a phone call asking if I was interested in Acai. It is scary to think that they somehow saved that information if I never submitted. Anyhow, I was silly enough to provide my billing information, however before they processed the order I changed my mind and told them I had done so and was not interested in receiving the product. Clearly, my request was not honored because I was still charged, and to top it off never received any product. I don't understand how they can lie and manipulate people into purchasing. I apparently didn't cancel something I didn't order within ten days, and never received the product. The customer rep said she would send me another bottle, but two weeks later I have not received it. They probably staff foreigners to help them with their scam and I wouldn't be surprised if they tampered/stole my identity. I plan to check, you should too.

Class Action Lawsuit!
I have had the very same thing happen that seems to be happening to everyone. Never received the product but was charged anyway. This happened April 10th and here it is June 7th and I still haven't received the product and "they" refuse to refund until I send back the never received bottle. I am tired of this happening to so many people and nobody is doing anything to stop it. These people need to be made responsible for the obvious scams they are running. There are laws in this country to protect us from these cockroaches. I have gone to lawyersandsettlements.com and am in the process of filing a class action lawsuit against these people. I have seen over 4 THOUSAND complaints made against this company! We can stop this from continuing, but we all need to do our part. I can't do this alone. No Product-But still was charged!
I was fooled into ordering the 10 day "trial" for $2.79. If you don't like the product after 10 days, simply cancel, right? Well, I was billed $88 dollars after the 10 days, but didn't even receive the "trial" bottle till after 2 weeks! How do I know if I liked the product after 10 days of trying it, if it took longer than that to even get here?!? Oh, and it gets better, folks! I ordered the trial bottle on April 10th, and I was charged the full $88 price and never even received the month's supply. So, in a nutshell, I paid $2.79 plus $88 for a measly trial bottle. After finally contacting these idiots, I was told that I will NOT be getting a refund for the product until I return the product to them...hmm. How exactly am I supposed to send the month's supply bottle back to them if it never came to me in the first place? PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

not able to cancel product before deadline
We also were unable to contact the company to cancel before "deadline". My husband called several times before getting through. When he finally got through, he sat several minutes and then was disconnected. We did not receive product for days after "deadline". Went online after the receiving product and typed in name of company. Read too many complaints to count. I did find a telephone number that someone said they had called and actually got to speak with a live person. They gave me a cancellation number and assured me no more charges would be charged to my credit card. I explained that we should not be charged at all. That we did call in plenty of time to cancel, but failed to do so because of their end of the deal. The number is 1-866-951-1393. Pass this on to others. If you run into the same bad experience, speak up. Otherwise, this will keep happening. They are making money by ripping others off.

Cannot cancel order
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! I have called for two days to cancel my order and keep being told that they cannot find me in their system even though the $2.79 has been debited from my account. AND... Even though they cannot locate me in the system, I will still receive my free trial bottle, but will not have any more charges against my account. Noone can tell me how they know where to mail the "free trial" or to who's attention because, remember, I am not in the system!! I get a different response every time I call, and the last guy said the only way to locate me is by giving him my credit card number. Right... I have canceled my card and will NEVER do this again. STAY AWAY!!!

unauthorized charge
I canceled my order for acai x3 and was charged 19.95 which was not authorized now my account is in a overdraft status I will be reporting this company to the better business, People work to hard for their money for someone to just go into your bank account and take money that they are not authorized to take.

cancelled yet still charged
I ordered the trail quantity of Axai X3. The deal was to "try this product" and "cancel" if you don't like it.
I had to cancel before the trial arrived, yet still incurred an $88.50 charge for the next bottle (that never arrived). I was charged another $88.50 a month later; when I called for this to be reversed, I was told this was not possible, but now my account was "really cancelled". This tells me that my account was NOT "really cancelled" the first time, and now I had to pay a total of $177.10 before my account could be "really cancelled".
I have been deceived and ripped off. Legal action should be taken against a company that blatently steals from consumers. How do we go about this? What Acai X3 is doing is MORALLY WRONG and should be stopped, with refunds issued to those stolen from.

NO PILLS NO REFUND
On April 9, I ordered the trial for 2.79 and was charged for it. I received the pills 2 weeks later and was already charged 88.55 for the 60 pills. I was not able to cancel or get a refund because they never sent the pills. Till this day I have not received anything. I have called them numerous times, and a couple of times when I mentioned that hadn't received the pills they would disconnect the call. That happened 3 times within 15 minutes. I have no pills, I am out 88.55 plus the interest what the credit card company charges. I gave them a call today and they gave me the same line, " we will have them shipped out today." The only difference is that this time they said this is the last time they can ship them out, so no matter what I do, I will still be without my pills and money! Be careful on what you purchase online. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

charged but no supply delivered
I ordered the free trial. Did not like it and wanted to cancel the product. I kept calling the number and reached only a voice mail, left a message and still got charged on my credit card for an additional $88.55. Kept calling and finally reached a person, they told me I had called 1 day after my month was up so no refund will be issued. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor and they refused, saying supervisors don't get on the phone with clients. This is obviously a scam. I have been charged for a product that was not delivered and they are not willing to refund the $88.55.
