Hi to all that have been SCAMMED!!!
I was scammed with this company. I ordered the trial online for $2.79 and within in 10 "regular" days I was charged $88.55. I had no number either, googled the company and got one number which worked. I spoke with JASON, which who knows if that is his name, to cancel and he was extremely rude and irritating. I received a bottle 3 days after the charge. I called that day to AGAIN cancel and kept getting an answering service saying I was not calling during business hours. I dialed *67 and the number and had a LIVE person on the phone. I spoke with Alex, he cancelled my membership, was nice...surprise, surprise. I was suppose to be refunded 7-10 days of them receiving the product. I called again to make sure they received my product, again with *67 and I was told I would be refunded by the follow Friday, my refund was being processed. I looked at my account on Friday and there was NO refund. I called for the last time and got JASON again who was still rude and told me I was now 30 days since the product was ordered and they would deny me any refund at all because I returned the trial offer bottle and not the bottle with 60 pills. There has been NO manager there so they say any of the times I have called. Jason gave me a corporate headquarters address in Reno and I sent them a letter. The letter was marked return to sender, unopened. If ANYONE knows how to get a hold of these THIEVES, please let me know, I will fight them with you. I am going to contact the news in my area and let them know what happened. I am also going to write a letter to Oprah and Dr. Oz, because they are the reason I was going to give this product a try. WHOM EVER WANTS TO FIGHT THIS JOIN ME AND WE WILL PUT THIS SCAM TO REST!!!

I order a free trial for this product, they said it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I placed the order on 4/6/2009. I was charged FULL PRICE $88.00 on April 20, 2009. I still did not receive the free trial. I did receive a bottle of the Acia X3 around 4/25/2009. This was after they charged me! I NEVER received the "free trial" bottle. They say you have 15 days to try the product yet they never sent it and just billed me for after the 15 day trial period would have ended. What makes me so angry is that they said that it would arrive in 2 -3 weeks yet they are already charging me. I have reached out to the company and have not heard anything back. I would not recommend this product based on my experience!

I signed up for a FREE sample of ACAI X3 pills online on 4/23/09 and I received a letter back immediately that my membership fees will begin on 5/3/09 and they will automatically debit my credit card with $88.55 membership fees. I e-mailed a cancellation notice of my order reference number 5543130 that same minute. I receive a call from ACAI X3 on momnday 4/27/09 to congratulate me for my order and I told the lady that I had cancelled and I didn"t appritiate the automatically debit for the membership fees. now today I received a second bottle of ACAI X3 pills. WHY????? I better not have a charge against my credit card. I don't want your product nor do I want anything to do with your company.

After seeing several "reputable" sources referring this product, I ordered my "free" sample online. I did read the disclaimer that you must call and cancel your subscription after 10 days or you would get charged a full month's worth, for $88.95. After 10 days of waiting for my free sample to come in the mail (which they claim will be there in 2-3 days), it never came. I looked all over for a phone number to call and cancel my order so that I would not get charged the $88.95, but only found dead ends. The number listed under the "terms and conditions" on their website is incorrect - it takes you to a completely different company, who stated that they are currently investigating Acai X3 using their phone number.

I continued looking online and found this website full of complaints and similar experiences with this company.

The phone number I found that does actually work is 1-866-951-1393. A customer service rep answered right away and allowed me to cancel my subscription with no hassles. I was given a confirmation # (and I also asked for the customer service reps name and employee number in case I would need to dispute further charges).

In addition, I called my credit card company and told them to not approve any charges made by Acai X3 in the amount of $88.95.

So far I have not received any charges other than the original shipping and handling fee for the "free" sample, which by the way, I'm still waiting for it to arrive!!

I ordered the Acai X3 product on 4/29/2009 - while reading through the terms and conditions it stated that I had 15 days from the order date to cancel the free trial. On 5/5/2009 I called the customer service number in the terms & conditions agreement: (866)949-0138. When I spoke to a representative they stated that I did not have my credit card information with them and/or an order. I tried 3 times to find a rep. that could help me to no avail. I then emailed a cancellation to the email address stated on the terms & conditions agreement, but that email was returned as "denied by fwnlabs". I tried to call, yet again, the 866 number listed on the agreement and the representative then told me that I had the wrong company - that I needed to get a hold of Real Technology Labs and that FWN Labs has nothing to do with the Acai X3 product. This product and company is a total scam...I have given my credit card number, had a confirmation number, cancelled in the appropriate time frame only to get a run-around.
