I contacted these people on 7th of Oct. and was told I would get a link sent via an email, and I was to follow the instructions by using all lowercase letters and no spaces, then send it and I would be off the program and to put Mr. Coby name on the e-mail where it asked for the name of who the CSR is and use the password "online then hit submit. When I went to do this is was not there nor was it found in my junk mail. And today still not there and the office is closed.

I filled complaint with the GEORGIA BBB.
