I read a post online about this newscaster in Sacramento who put the Acai Berry Cleanse to the test and then she posted her results. It seemed legit so I ordered the Acai Berry Detox from what I thought was Acai MAXX (or Acai XM). I received an email confirmation and the text was unreadable so I thought it was some weird web mistake and then went on with my day. The company then charged me $2.19 as agreed and then a couple of days later they charged me another $87.47 on top of it without my authorization! I received the product yesterday and it had no packing slip and the label on the bottle said Acai XM instead of Acai MAXX. The 800 number on the bottle does not reach anyone and the numbers online do not reach anyone - you just wait on hold and have no idea who you are calling. I have had to cancel my debit card in case any additional charges are made. This has been a big inconvenience and these people are frauds. You know the old saying "if something is too good to be true it usually is"? I also have no idea if this product is legit or if it is fake pills.

I have been calling to cancel and all I get is first..stay on the line for the next person to help you and then the call is hung up. I was told not to cancel when I first called because I had till 8/26/09 to cancel and now I can't get a hold of anyone to cancel. Can anyone help me get through to them..to cancel.
