My leg got pulled with a web offer for a free trial associated with a leanSpa product that you lose more weight if you took your product with the leanSpa. I haven't received any product from your goodselves up till now but you managed to charge my account $7.08 & $ 203.94 0n 3-18-11. I spoke to a representative who advised me that there was no way to get my money back even if I got no product or services and was
interested in none. Please advise me if this was the case to take legal matter.
I agreed to a free trial and before even getting the product (which I never received) you charged me. I was fooled to get a free trial for some weight loss pills through this site: Http://consumeradviser.org/acai_berry_diet_exposed.html
all I did was click and fill forms for the two advertised products for free trials. I ended up charged by Lean Spa, which returned my money or agreed to do so and by some Youth Nuitrition @ 1-877-619-2649 who never
sent me any pills to try and charged me $7.08 instead of the $1.99 as the promotion said and $203.94 unknown charges on 3-18-11. I called their above mentioned number and their representative claimed the money cannot be returned because I agreed to the terms. I can't understand how I can be charged for what I didn't receive. There should be a way to settle this!
I am sure I never agreed or saw any terms and the site advertises a FREE TRIAL.
I send them 6 e-mails and called their unfriendly employees twice and all attempts to get my money back failed. The funny thing is that I never received any trial products but was charged $ 211.02. The good news is I cancelled the so called account but again was never given a cancellation number. Does any one have their address since today their representative told me on the phone that they won't attend to my complaints via e-mail!
