This complaint is regards to returning the Acai product/pills and live for life for credit to my account.
The product was not suited for my health condition. Initated a call to return the product, called the 888-247-5160, I was given confirmation numbers to put on returning packages (first order and second one that was on the way).
I asked for credit to my account when order was received by company, the response was the credit to the account would appear on the next statment.
The credits were not acredited to my account on the recent statment.
I called Acai to inquire.
The response was that I would need to email
[email protected] to dispute the charges. This was never conveyed prior and I asked why was this not instructed in the first place. The initial call was made 6/11/09, it is now 7/14/09.
I asked who is this department and who owns this company, response don't know. I asked if customers that inquire about a return are they also being told the same information? The response is yes, this may new.
My goal is to recevie my credit to account after I followed the instructions on returning the product.
The business manner and handling by AcaiAdvanced is exploitive to the me as a consumer.
I will email my dispute to the customer relations (email) and if I do not receive a fair response, I will contact OPRAH who supports the product, but she would not support manner in which AcaiAdvanced handles custumer relations. Also, the State of Minnesota better business bureau. I will not tolerate a company that missuses consumers. I am affirmative on this.
