Unauthorized charges
This company has trial offers then charges your card $79.95! They WILL NOT refund your money because they said it was in the fine print. They are a SCAM and DO NOT ORDER from them! Or any product, there are many. Trial offers are scams and do not do it. this is the web site to be aware of. www.acaiaslim.com.

I do not wanr or did not order this.Have been sent 3 bottles. I want my money put back into my account and my name taken off their mailing list, I will give you thirty day. If I dont have my money by then I will call my lawyer.

Free trial offer
Actually, I am writing an anti-complaint. I also signed up for the free trial of Acaiaslim and gave my credit card # to cover the cost of shipping. Subsequently I recieved 3 additional shipments that I had not asked for. I went online to find out how to contact the company and found all these complaints. When I was finally able to find the phone # and called the company I was greeted by a very nice young man who was very helpful. All further shipments were cancelled and three months worth of products were returned and refunded. Case closed. I do not understand all the complaints - these people must not have bothered to call. I realize that there are SO many companies right now offering trials of Acai, and maybe some are scams, but please be sure you are dealing with the correct company. I found Acaiaslim to be very cooperative.

Money stealing company
I ordered a diet/colon cleanse product. They both were supposed to Free 30 day trials. I was supposed to pay the shipping cost of $5.95. My account was charged the shipping cost and then I received the product which wasn't even the product I ordered. I printed out the Return and Exchange Policy and they are telling me that they do not support this product and they show no record of my order. I also just checked my account and they charged me another $85.35 which was unauthorized. I found a phone number on this website that I am going to try calling and see if they can help me but there was no paperwork in the shipment at all either. They give you no way to contact them. DO NOT order anything from this company they are a FRAUD. They will keep billing you every month also is what I am understanding. This is a joke. Don't let it happen to you!

This is a Scam! I agree with, and have had the same experience, as others. I did get hold of the company and they agreed to remove only one of three $80 charges, even though we had returned their products unopened. We called Capitol One and they agreed to remove all the fraudulent charges (over $300.00) and stop any further charges. So try calling your credit card company.

Charged without Authorization
I signed up for JUST the free trial and have been recieving a new bottle every month and getting charged. I just want to stop recieving them, I've had enough.

I SEEM TO BE ONE OF THE LESS FORTUNATE WITH THIS SCAM . I CANT SEEM TO STOP THE CHARGES BY ACAIASLIM EITHER. ITS GETTING ME PISSED OFF.WHY CANT COMPANIES JUST TRY TO BE HONEST.SOUNDS LIKE THE OLD SNAKE OIL DEAL TO ME.WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.AND I'M GETTING CLOSER TO FINDING THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE.ITS NOW BECOME A SPORT FOR ME.AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHO WINS...GOOD LUCK DIRTBAGS...

overcharged
After requesting a trial, I am being charged for items that I did not order. It is not easy to contact this company since there is no invoice within the sent items and there is not a telelphone number that will connect you with a person! Sad! Do Not Use This Product!

How to get resolve
I registered a complaint about AcaiaSlim's business practice on this web site, and read that they suggest going onto their web site to get a refund (the web site listed here is different than the one on the bottle!) I received an e-mail from their customer service person. She was very helpful, did not question me at all, and refunded me for 2 charges. While I do not approve of their business practice, I am grateful that getting a refund was so easy.
I hope they will take all of this criticism to heart and make their business more above board and fair.
