unauthorized charges
I also ordered the free trial from acaiaslim and was charged almost $80.00 four times before I called 877-317-0189, and canceled an order I never authorized. I asked for a full refund and was only given a refund confirmation # for the last order shipped to me (their 30 day refund period). I just called them today, so I will have to watch my statements for the refund. I feel like I've been robbed. If any other complainants would like to take some kind of legal action and would be interested in contacting me, they can e-mail me at [email protected]

Unauthorized charges
I ordered the product after going form Oprah's web site. I should of known better. Received the product after agreeing to pay the shipping and handling. I used the product and it made me sick. Since they sent no information with the product I had no way to contact them, so I went to my American Express statement and looked up the charge and mailed a letter to the Colorado Springs address and canceled. They then billed me 79.95 after I mailed the letter. Then on the 12th of January mailed me product and another bill. I wrote them again since I have not phone number. I have now disputed the charges with American Express. Oprah or whomever should not endorse panalabs or acaislim or a company called regnet. I may end up canceling my American Express account to just get rid of these people. This is a terrible scam and AX should pull their merchant number.

Cheats
This company posted trials for 14 days, and 4.95 shipping, but did not post anything else. I have been billed 3 times of 79.95 and have called to cancel, but they will not answer phone. I have call credit card company, they told me to send email to info@verify your order.com and myorderhelp.com, I get a reply that my complaint has been registered and a number of reference, but I do not hear from them or do they cancel my suscription that I did not make. Today I had to cancel a subscription to the FitFactory they authorized, these people are dangerous. They are unlawful scammers. Please help
Sincerely,
Joyce

unauthorized charges
I ordered a free sample of Acaiaslim. My credit card was suppose to be charged $4.99 for shipping. As soon as I submitted my card # several pop-ups appeared. I immediately called and cancelled all promotions associated with this order. I was given a confirmation number and I was assured there would be no further charges placed on my credit card. A few days later I was charged $29.99 and $79.95. I have no idea what I was charged for nor did I receive any products. I called customer service to have the charges removed. I did receive a $29.99 credit but to date I have not received the $79.95 credit. I have cancelled the credit card for fear of further unauthorized charges made to my account.

Unauthorized charges
Order product four months ago and soon determine its inefficiency, a new shipment arrived the following month without my request and my credit card charged again another $79.95. At that time returned envelop containing product including a note requesting cancellation of future deliveries and the returning of monies. Since then two more shipments have been made and Acaiaslim continue charging my credit card for $79.95 every time. I've initiated stop payment and returning charges with my bank hopping I'll be able to get my money back soon.

fraudulent charges on my credit card
I stupidly sent for a free trial, now I have this company charging my credit card for $84 dollars every couple weeks. I can't get them to stop because they provide no packing slip with the product. How can I stop these charges?

Sneaky Company
I agree with complaints about this company's practice. They try to justify their operations, but they are not doing business above board. They send customers a free trial with NO paperwork, and the web site on the bottle just goes to a Invalid URL. if there were doing business honestly and had the customer's satisfaction in mind they would have paperwork including how the product works, how to use it most effectively, and what the obligation is for accepting their free trial.
DO NOT GET A FREE TRIAL OF THIS PRODUCT...you will be obligated for life!

charged for 2nd bottle after trial
I ordered a trial bottle of Acaiaslim only, never authorized any orders, but was charged for a second bottle which I received and returned to them immediately, the charge was $79.95 on my credit card. I have put in a dispute with the credit card company but I didn't save any information and can't give the credit card enough info to stop the charge.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I went to the website acaiaslim.com to check out what I thought was a free sample of the product. When I came to the section that mentioned automatically sending me more product, I closed the browser. I still received a bottle of the product. I know have two unauthorized charges for $79.95 each on my credit card bill. I called the customer service number and they were not willing to help in any way. This is a huge scam.
