Excess charges
I too was exploited by the AcaiaSlim product. I noticed it shortly after posting to my account. Here is my bummer. I did not receive my "free-trial" product until after 12-28. As I call to demand refund for a product for which I did not agree to, (mind you it is 1/2/09) I spoke to a very gracious young lady named Ashley. She of course did her job in saying that I agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Well, the terms stated that you have up to 14 days from the day that you get your product. Well, I just got mine therefore my cancelation did fall within parameters and I should get a refund. On top of that, they sent me out another one today and she said that she may refund the ONE TIME ONLY refund for the product and would cancel my account. I demanded that she speak with someone or give me someone else to talk to because I was not going to allow someone to not give me "due process" so to speak. I went ahead and was put on hold. She came back and explained to me again that I had agreed with terms and condiotions. I once again added that I hadn't received the product since 4 days ago. She stated that her computer said that I should have gotten the shipment on 12-8. Well I didn't so I demanded some more (all while keeping my composure because I know it is not her fault and she is just doing her job). I was placed on hold once again. When she returned, she said that I would be granted a full refund but to keep in mind that were going outside the policy. I thanked her, and also apologized if I was abrupt at any time because I know she is just doing her job.
Over all I suppose they should put the fine print in bigger letters. Thats what you get I guess for being gullable, following a fad, and buying stuff like that off the internet.

Rip off
I ordered the trial on 11/28 for $14.95. I was suppose to get 60 days to trail BEFORE being charged... On 12/10 (twelve days later) I was charged $79.95, then on 12/16 I was charged $19.95 for fit-fac.com (never even heard of it), and then another charge for $79.95 was pending on my account on 12/25 for regnetord.com. All of which I believe, after conducting research on the internet, stemmed from the "free trail" of acaiaslim within the FIRST 30 days of submitting a request for 60 day trail! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!! In one month I was charged almost $200.00 for the "free trail" ! I am disgusted!

Unauthorized charge to visa Miss-leading advertisement
I was scammed into purschasing the FREE 14 day trial of Acai-aSlim not knowing that they sent 1 bottle that was a 30 day supply not a 14 day trail as noted on the ad. I was then charged $79.95 for the 30 day supply 2 weeks after the original $4.95 shipping & hangling charge. I did not see in their ad (I looked for this information when I orgered) that unless I cancelled within 14 days (& returned the original bottle) I would be charged for 30 days and would automatically receive the product monthly until I called to cancel. I thought they would email or send correspondenc to me on how much it would be to continue. At no time was I aware that I was signing up for a automatic monthly charge to my credit card.
I called the number on my credit card f or ACAIASLIM - 877-317-0189 and was informed that the charge stands and that I needed to read the fine print (which I never found). I then requested they cancel any future unathorized orders and I cancelled that credit card with my bank as I don't trust this company. I'm looking for the address of this company so I can return the unused portion of the bottle.

Crooks - Charged account w/o permission
I ordered a free offer for shipping and handling. There was no indication when ordering the trial that my account would later be charged once let alone twice...and for 79.95.
This is robbery...very misleading and unauthorized...not only am i going to return the products and EXPECT a refund...but will be submitting a complaint with the better business bureau as well.
This company should not be in business...dishonest, misleading and has no integrity.

BUYER BEWARE - DANGER!
buyer beware. This is one of the worse scams I have ever seen. Free trial my bottom! I did not see ANYTHING that they were going to charge my credit card. PLUS I found out today, they also enrolled me, unauthorized, into FitFactory.com for $19.95. DO NOT BUY THE FREE TRIAL!

Fraud
I ordered 14 day FREE trial of this product, and paid for the shipping and handling with my credit card, as per online offer.
I now find my account has been charged an additional $79.95 for product I did not order, and to date have not received, nor do I want.
Upon reading the complaints at this site, apparently this is common practice for this company. They should be held responsible for their actions and stopped from misleading people. I believe this is fraudulent practice.
I want to have this charge removed from my account and discontinue any further activity of any kind with this company.

fraud
I ordered a free sample which came to my door in a plain envelope which never game a return address or said anything about returning the product for a refund. It did not say my credit card was going to be charged 15 days after it was ordered, even if I only had the product for a few days. I was very surprised when a charge for $88 showed up on my credit card. When I called to cancel last Friday Dec. 5th they said I would get a confirmation and it would come off of my credit card. I did not get either. Then today a charge was made to my account from a company called FitFactory who I did not authorize any charges from. I did not give them my credit card. They said that they would remove the charge and cancel my account, and that it would appear on my next credit card statement. We will see if that will happen. I ordered a sample because Oprah Winfrey endorsed the product. Why does a famous person endorse a scam?
