DO NOT ORDER, EVEN IF THEY SEND IT FOR FREE! If you are having problems with this company because of a pay only shipping & handling, this is what you should do. First of all, contact the BBB in West Palm Beach Florida and file a complaint. The numbers they give you are always busy, and the website they have on the bottle is bogus because you cannot send a message at www.mytrialsupport.com. Don't waste your time. The company is actually SFL Nutrition, LLC, (go to their website which is NOWHERE on their one little piece of paper they send you with the bottle of AcaiBerry. I tried numerous numbers listed for them, all busy. Like other people, I tried different times of the day. I contacted my bank to ask for help in case they charged me again. The only one to help was the BBB in West Palm Beach. I believe that is the reason someone called me and I was able to cancel within the 15 days! Not the 30 days you should get to TRY a product, but 15! I think that is where people are making their mistake. As soon as I received it and read the Trial Terms and Conditions, I felt it was a scam since it was never mentioned when I ordered it. I never would have ordered it if I knew the terms! Too stringent!

I was sent a trail bottle of Acai Berry to try.I got it and went to call the toll free number to cancel my futher order and the number is out of my calling area? No one replies and then it said to try this site.Please help befor they charge me for something I do not want.

I ordered AcaiBerry Trial which was a bottle containing 60 pills. Then they charged my debit card for $88. This was not authorized. I cancelled my debit card so they could not charge anymore. I called my bank and told them about it. They gave me the phone number to call which is 877-300-3766.

This is a scam. How can these people get taken off the net. I intend to notify Oprah, Washington Post, ABC News and Early Show they are backing a company which is a dis-honest and offers a trial and then charges us $88.00. This should be stopped and stopped now.

I ordered Acai Berry and Total Cleanse on Oct. 7, 2008. I received (have the UPS tracking #) where it shows the item was delivered to me on October 17, 2008. I was BILLED for additional amount of $88.and some change just a few days later. I did not even get to try the "15 day trial" which is NOT what is shown on the original web link for the $5.95 trial period sign up link. I am VERY disappointed in the marketing perspective of this product as I see it as a TOTAL scam to all that purchase unknowingly. EVEN the packaging slip I received did not detail the "terms and conditions". I have tried to call the 1-866-938-4832 number for 3 business days now and can not get to ANYONE. I will call just before the 9EST and it says working hours are 9-5 M-F EST time. I call between those times and get either NO dial tone or the "call back between business hours" recording. The product may be effective, but to start off with this experience as a "trial phase" is not GOOD marketing sense. Shame on any public figure who allows this company to use their name to market it...SHAME ON YOU!
