Theft
I looked at trying this diet product that is being advertised on MSNBC. Offered was a 14 day free trial for just a S&H charge. I opened the website and put in my information including credit card and at the bottom of the page I opened the terms and conditions. After reading I decided not to try the product and closed my browser. 4 days later a charge of $3.95 was posted to my credit card followed by a $87.13 charge 15 days later. I never ordered nor received anything from this company. After contacting them they said they would investigate. After several contacts they said a credit had been issued. It never arrived and after several calls, they said there is no record of the $87.13 being charged to my card and to submit satements as proof. I did submit to the e-mail address as directed and when followed up was told that there is no record and their records are accurate and complete and there will be no credit and hung up.
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!
I filed an complaint with the FTC @ www.ftc.gov

charges to my credit card and no product
I ordered a sample and was charged 2.95 for shipping of this, which I did receive, BUT then there was 2 charges for 87.13 on my card besides and have nothing to show for it. I called last month and was told it would be canceled and would have a credit for the $174.26 on my next bill. Ha Ha - just received my bill and NO credit. I called the company and spoke with a supervisior and was told that I had to pay the first charge of 87.13 because that was in the agreement when I ordered the sample - that I would be charged for a month. NO Way was that in the advertisement or I would not have ordered even the sample!!! What can I do from here?

unauthorized charges
DON"T GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY! I called and ordered a "free sample". The "crooks" keep charging my account for $87.13 and I have nothing to show for it! I have made numerous calls to the company and received the same answer--"We will send it to the refund department". I am in the process of filing a complaint with my credit card company.

Fraudulent advertising of free goods
These two products are advertised together but ordered seperately from these two companies. When you order you think this is a free no risk offer just pay for postage (This is what it says). but it isnt. The "have you read terms and conditions box is automatically checked and of course in very small print so if you miss it and press the "rush my order to me" button you are also signing up for a very expensive monthly charge which if you do not cancel in 14 days you cannot get a refund. As the initial shipment takes 2 weeks to come and you have no idea of what you have signed up for the first thing you notice are big charges to your credit card. One was 69 dollars + postage the other 92 dollars + postage. The customer service line is rarely answered and you are put on hold for ages. They will refuse to give you the money back and will tell you everyone else reads the terms and conditions (not if you dont know its there) but if you let them know you will file complaints and let them know you will take it further they may offer a refund and give you a cancellation number. As yet I do not know know if I will recieve the refund promised. These companies need to be stopped and the only way we can do this is to followthrough with complaints.

credit card charges
I have not received any supplements from the ACAIBERRY & LIFECLEANS company and yet our credit card has been billed and paid the original 3.95 cost for shipping on a free sample and subsequent charges of 87.13 for two orders, none of which we have received. When I call the number for the company, I get no answer but stay online to music for 10 minutes. This is a fraudulent company and must be stopped. I want my credit card credited for non-delivery and false advertising.
Thank you

Theft
I ordered the "free trial" of acai berry and life cleanse. I was charged the $3.95 for shipping. Two weeks after ordering I was charged %87.13. Still no product. Now 2 weeks later, another charge for $87.13. Still no product. I tried calling the number on my credit card for the initial order and received a message that the mailbox was full. I tried the phone number listed for the next 2 charges for FWM Laboratories and I was told that there was a 3-5 minute wait. I waited for 10-20 minutes.

taking money from checking account twice
I had requested in December a FREE sample of Aci Berry weight loss pill. All I had to pay was $3.95 for shipping and handling of the product.
I was unaware that the following month the company would automatically deduct from my checking account $87.13 for another supply of AciBerry and $.87 for a foreign transaction fee.
This transaction was taken from my checking account on 1/05/09.
I called and talked to a gentleman and told him I did not want another supply of AciBerry and to reimburse my account the amount of $87.13 for the product and $.87 for the foriegn transaction fee. He told me the order was cancelled and my account would be reimbursed. No confirmation number was given to me on this call.
I waited for a week to see when my checking account would be reimbursed for the cancelled product. No transaction was taken in that amount of time.
I made a second call and talked to a "Patty" and explained that I did not get my money returned to my checking account for the cancelled product. She gave me a confirmation number "130603" and said that she would have the money returned to my checking account.
I check the account and rather than return the money another $87.13 and $.87 (1/20/09) were taken from my account again.
I made a third call (1-21-09) to get this straightened out and I talked to an Amy Canes. Where she told me I needed to e-mail this address "[email protected]" to be reimbursed the money that was twice removed from my checking account.
As it stands now my account should be credited $176.00.
Please help me get this situation corrected and my account reimbursed.
Thank You,
Mary Pfeffer [email protected]

Ripped off
I requested a free sample from this company and authorized to be charged for shipping at $3.95. Today my card was charged 87.13 without my authorization. Once I started the process I found he other complaint listed here. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever see a refund.

theft
I have never ordered this acai berry cleanse or thier free sample and i found a fraudulent charge on my checking account for 87.13. I called the 866-949-0138 and was told they didnt have any of my info on records, so they couldnt cancel the charge. I was informed that i should stop payment, and that costs me 25.00.
