I am being charged on my card for products that I have yet to receive and for a first product ordered that didn't even come in time for me to take it for the trial period. In looking at the product page, there are nothing but complaints about these products and even my credit card company knew of these, and told me I had to get a cancellation # before they could take it off my card. If you call, the wait is over an hour, and you can not reach them by email. Please help me to get this problem solved ASAP and I will report them to the BBB.
