Company will not let me cancel my order
I have repeatedly called the number on the bottle and have been told that the number is a misprint from another AcaiBerry company. They will not cancel my order even though were gladly ready to accept another order from me when I ask them. This is a real SCAM and I don't know what else I can do.

Ongoing billing after trial offer
I have for 3 months been charged for a product that i agreed to trial at the cost of postage. This product keeps arriving on my doorstep monthly even though i did not sign up for further purchases.
I can not for the life of me find out how to make it stop and go away.
It seems very unfair that once they have your debit card details they are relentless at extracing funds.
I even believe that one month they couldnt get the full amount from my debit card so they grabbed what they could.
There are never invoices or contact details, the best info i can get off the bottle is that it is DISTRIBUTED byVIV3 LTD
I need some guidance on how i can stop it.

Unauthorized charges to bankcard
I received my "free trial offer" bottle of Acai Berry Detox and immediately upon receiving it decided to cancel my continuing orders, well within the 14 day period. I have since found 3 charges of 29.95 for different "memberships" to Wellness type MD websites that are online accessible that I never even heard about. I called the number to tell them that I never authorized them to charge me for anything but the shipping and handling for the 1 bottle of Acai Berry Detox. They said that they could only refund me one of the charges as it was past the 30 day limit on the others. When I insisted on all of the charges be refunded and threatened to report them and asked to speak to the supervisor, she put me on hold for about 20 seconds and came back to the line saying that her "supervisor had approved that all the charges" be refunded to me. She said that it would take 3 weeks to process. We'll see. In the meantime, I did more research and found several websites connected to the same address in the UK. Wellness Online ltd. Others are slimcounselormd, trimdirectorMD, Dietgurumd, and weightgeniusmd (all .com's) These website's all have the same address: Wellness Online Ltd. 1 South Cross Street, County Durham, Consett DH8 6DJ, United Kingdom

Money taken from a/c
I ordered a 'free' trial of this product and one week later $133.00 was taken out of my a/c.I immediately cancelled the card I had used and the bank said I had lost the money. What a scam! What a fool, me, for falling for a freebie

SCAMMED
Scammed by FWM Laboratories of Hollywood, Florida., Brian J Weiss, Owner. Ordered "free" sample of AcaiBerry for the price of shipping and handling $3.95. No terms or conditions supplied. They have charged my credit card with a an amount of $79.62. I called them (1-866-626-6555) to request a refund and was denied. While researching this company the BBB states that the Florida Attorney General Bill McCullum reached an agreement with FWM. They or He is in violation of his agreement. found this on the BBB website where it states company has agreed to issue refund to any consumer with a complaint.
How is he getting away with this???????????????????

doesn't work, not gotten refund
I never received a sample but a full bottle at the beginning of Nov 09. Shortly thereafter my card was charged for the $87.13 and I did have another bottle shipped a month later. I called to canx account, sent back the bottle and still waiting on my money back (its now 2/8/10. I'm letting the BBB know about the rotten company.

Unauthorised deduction of cash from credit card
I ordered the 'trial pack' of acaiberry detox and the colon cleanse and paid the agreed s/h fee as stated on the ad, then approximately a month afterwards the sum of Au$119 disappears from my account and another bottle of acaiberry detox arrives completely unsolicited. I did not order this and did not give anyone permisson to take that money. Scam, theft, whatever it is called, it is wrong and I would love to meet these people face to face. Viv3 LTD is the distributors. Try and send an email to the email address on the bottle, no go.

ORDRERED PRODUCTS 23 12 09 THEY ARRIVED 10 01 10 ON 15 DAY APPROVAL ON THE 15 01 10 THEY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 150£ TWO PAYMENTS OF 75£ IT WAS A POP UP ON THE INTERNET MACEEFRY SECCORED AND BACKED BY A CNN INTERVIEW ON USA TV I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT ON THE INTERNET THAT THE PILLS ARE CAFFINE NOT MUCH GOOD FOR A DIET.THEY HAD THE CHEEK TO RING ME TODAY ASKING ME WHAT I THOUGHT OF THERE PRODUCTS!!! THEY TOLD ME TO RING A FIRM IN AUSTRIA IF I HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS 1£ A MINUTE NO DOUBT!!! DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM

Do not want them they do not work
I applied for a free sample of acaiberry 6 months ago they did not work so I did not apply for more.But since they have sent me a bottle a month and taken $133.00 out of my visa I have sent 4 bottles back. I amsick of it they have no right to do this I have not recieved any money back. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE SO STOP NOW.iT IS A SCAM TO GET PEOPLE IN A FREE BOTTLE BUT THEN THERE GOT YOUR VISA NUMBER AND KEEP SENDING THEM.AND THEY DONT WORK AND I CANT AFFORD THEM SO STOP NOW.
