charging un-ordered products
I odered the free trail of your product which i had to pay shipping only . But i have since been charged twice for products on my credit card . I would like a refund of those two payment seems i never ordered them or recieved them . otherwise my credit card company will be doing a fraud investigation

Debit and product sent though no order taken from myself
I have today 25th Jan recieved in the Post a parcel from AcaiBerry Detox which I DID NOT ORDER yet they have debitted my account for AUD $132.and a Currecy Conversion Charge of $3.32 I am not happy and want to know how they can do this when you have had no contact with them and have not authorised this transaction . I Want my money return and I an returning their product of which I DO NOT WANT and unless i recieve my money back I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

needing to cancel product
they had online the product just pay shipping and handling for the first bottle. then after that it was 79.63.it said can cancel anytime so when i went to cancel the number is disconnected and the email address is wrong. so i wrote them a letter to the address on the bottle to tell them i didn't want anymore. but they are still taking money from my account and not sending me a product.

J ai commandé un echantillon d ACAI BERRY Detox et maintenat il mest impossible de joindre qui que se soit que se soit avec l adresse mail ou le numero de télèphone fournis .
Car en plus il est dit qu apres l envois de l echantillon gratuit de 15jours il y aura d autres envois mais que si on n en veu pa il suffi juste d adresser un mail ou de télèphoner mais tous les renseignements fournis ne sont pas valides

Unauthorized Charges
Damn, can't believe I fell for this. Got an email from my credit card company ' Fraud dept" They wanted to know if I authorized a transaction for $86.42 . The charge was from LH*WEIGHT EASE. I know of no such vendor. I called my credit card company, they tied the charge to a 99 cent shipping charge from Acai Berry Detox. Because I allowed the 99 cent charge, 2 weeks ago, they let the transaction go through. It's not fraud because I gave my account number to this company. So I called the number listed on the transaction 877-234-8488 to complain about the unauthorized charge. The lady said in fine print that I would be charged $86.42 if I didn't call them in 14 days. Did not see anything on the advertisement regarding any 14 day window. Luckily I printed out the website and there was a link that I clicked on that said "For a Free Bottle of Max Acia - Click Here" The ad said "Free" Where I come from Free means Free not charge you $86.42.
Also watch out for a personal weight loss story called "Rachael's Diet Journey. Apparently she lives in 2 places at once. The website I printed 2 weeks ago tells a story of Rachael Cruetz from North Olmsted, Ohio. The same 3 page letter has her living in Mountain View, California.

Charged for FREE samples
After reading the advertisement for a FREE sample of AcaiBerry Detox and agreeing to pay for POSTAGE ONLY, there was also another product for muscle gain, again a free sample called Maxi ---------(something), paying postage only. I recieved the products about six days later, BUT BOTH bottles were Acaiberry Detox. The postage for these items has not been taken from my account (£3.99), but £153.88 HAS been removed. £76.94 PER BOTTLE. SO WAS NOT ONLY CONNED OUT OF A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY, BUT ALSO, CHARGED FOR A WRONG ORDER. Any help with reimbursement would be appreciated, thankyou, Mr Marshal Craker.

Charging credit card
I made 1 purchase from this web site it was for 1 free trial bottle, , i ended up been slapped in the face with 2 extra payments of $169.00 NZ (119.00USD)how do i get my money back?if i can get it back atall.My bank has canceled my credit card, because by some comments i see thiers no point canceling your order, because it looks like that doesnt work, can i get some more advice on how to get my money back.
Yea and plus i have not recieved any product for the $340.00NZ plus that has been stolen from my account.

stop any more shipments of products
moneys are being taken out of my visa acnt and all i requested was the trial purchase . got numeroues purchases since then and now i would like it to stop as of this 3rd day of jan. 2010. thank you in advance.
