Acaiberry Detox Reviews

Total Scam Artist
This company is stealing money through charging credit cards by using the old "hook and ladder" trick. Once you call in they may cancel a one month charge but will continue to charge you. When you call in they blow smoke up your ass by indicating you did not call in within some 30 day window. Theft charges need to filed against this outfit. I find it amusing that the first charge the merchants name is listed as oberry-1 and the next charge the name changes to tophlthlink on your CC statement. I guess they figure by changing merchant names the card holder will ignore. Has anyone had any luck getting their money from these thieves?

RIP OFF! Theft!
I signed up for the free trial and one of the bottled hadn’t arrived before they took the money out off my Visa. Then this month they have taken another lot out. I am gutted! I cant get in touch with the company and have now cancelled my visa debit card. To late now that they have taken out food power and fuel money. The bank said they can do a dispute over it but that will take time.

Took money from my account
Saw the ad on a website and thought I'd try it. I recieved a sample for $.99 cents for the shipping. That was about 2 months ago. Now they charged my account TWICE at $79 and TWICE with the shipping at $3.95. My bank and I are working through this, they gave me a number to call (877-216-5245). Also, when you call the number, it gives you a website to go to where you can cancel your account and see what they charged you. However, only ONE charge of $79 and $3.95 was recorded on the site for me to view, which makes your bank statements the most reliable source.

I cancelled my account with them and also froze my card. If the holds they put for those amounts go through, I am filing a police report to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! And also, I hope this information helps you solve your problem. If it weren't for my bank helping me, I would have been worse off.

Free Trial Scam
This is a complete scam. The print is very small and tells you that if you do not call within 17 days of receiving the (Free Trial) you will be charged (86.42) I called and was told that they would refund one month and cancell but they have already charged the second bottle of $86.42. My big question is, who can we contact to stop this?????

Unauthorized Charges
Ordered the free trial--received it-didn't try. Now my account has been charged $79.62 x 3 on the same day. I didn't authorize the charges. Unfortunately, I learned of all the complaints too late. I am reporting fraud. I am also trying to get a refund. I have cancelled my debit card. Has anyone been successful getting a refund?

AcaiBerry Detox
I stupidly sent for a free trial of this "fat burner" in September. Of course it did absolutely nothing so I did not reorder. Last week (week of Nov. 9th) I got another bottle in the mail--no bill--and knew immediately I'd screwed up. Called customer service and they told me I not only owed an outrageous $86.42 because I hadn't cancelled in the 19 day trial period, (No where did I see anything about a nineteen day trial period. It says on the marketing materials that it takes 4 months to notice a change so how would you know after 19 days.) I owed 2 payments--one for the trial bottle which I have to pay for because I didn't cancel and one for the bottle they sent because they assumed (their word exactly) that since I didn't cancel I must like the product. How sleazy. I should know better but these people should be put out of business. Diana Kash Burlingame, CA

A scam
I ordered the "free trial" and within a month, have over $200 in charges related to this "free trial". There was no paperwork sent with the sample, which makes me leary to even try it. Every charge to my credit card is under a different company name - wellnesslab, oberry, totalflush, colondetox, COLODETOXXR, xtremeberri. I called 8665970349 regarding the colon detox and was able to talk with a person and talked with someone at 8669674917 regarding the acaiberry charges. I called my credit card company as soon as the charges appeared and am trying to dispute.
