Paid the shipping to the free trial order with a debit card. Suddenly, a $79.62 charge out of my account to Oberry. I didn't have a clue what the charge was for because the company I ordered from was AcaiBerry. I had to search the net to come up with who they were and found the scam thread. The phone number with the bank charge 18668850150 is not a valid number. I cancelled my bank card and got a new account. Expensive lesson, but I will but the BBB and the Attorney General for our state on it. If they get caught, it will be worth it. The creeps!

I requested a two week TRIAL sample of AcaiBerry and it was to be shipped for $1 They charged the $1 I receive a 30 day trial of the product but they also charged my credit card 87.00 with out my permission I am in the process of getting intouch with the company to get my refund.

Fool that I am and after many pop-ups on the computer, I succumbed and ordered a trial supply of AcaiBerry Detox advertised free for the price of shipping. The product did arrive. I did not receive any notification that I would be charged $86.42 on my Bank of America Visa Debit card, nor have I authorized any such charge. A charge in the amount of $86.42 was posted to my account on November 5, 2009. I have subsequently called Bank of America and am in the process of filing a fradulent use chaim against this company.

What was supposed to be a free offer ended a charge to my debit card of almost $90-what a scam!! Beware of the free trail offer!!

Dear Sirs

In mid August I ordered a “Free Trial” of Acai Berry Detox and paid postage of £3.95., these tablets duly arrived customer number 80278065 Order no:42825727. At no time did I enter into a subscription with your company and indeed did not ever know the cost of these tablets.
I was very surprised therefore to receive from you on October 2nd an invoice for £82.95 and more tablets. I immediately telephoned the number on the invoice and spoke to Laura who gave me a cancellation number of 41195815 and she said that she would request a refund on monies. I then went on holiday and came home yesterday, today I received another invoice and more tablets which I do not want – Laura told me I could not return these goods but I am more than willing to do so. The most recent invoice is dated 15/10/2009 and again is for £82.95 it has the following reference numbers Customer no:41198815 Order no: 101-80278065. I again telephoned your company today and was told I would have a proper response in 72 hours – this is very sharp practice.

I have contacted my credit card company and they will send me a dispute form. I do not want these products and never agreed to purchase them. Please refund my monies and ensure that I do not receive any more products from your company. If I do not hear from you by close of business on Friday October 23rd I will have to take this matter further by instructing my solicitor.
