sent more debited my mastercard without permission
On the websight for a product for acaiberry you could order a trial sample and just pay shipping of $3.95 canadian. I sent away for it on line and just wanted the sample. I received the product and decided it wasnt for me. Well i just received another bottle by mail and they took 82.95 pounds from my husbands mastercard without our permissdion. I will contac them on tuesday and demand our account be reimbursed and will send back the product.

Scam
Do not let your wife/girlfriend order this stuff! Have billed my credit card for over $350.00 in one month. If you want to make millions, get into the diet pill scam business. Stuff is probably made from rotten fruit or something anyway. Will play hell getting any money back from this crap Florida company.

charged unwanted product
I ordered online with a credit card a trial of aciaberry detox for $.99 and have been charged two times within a month for additional ordes at $79.95 each.
I called the support techs at the company and closed the account was told I would get a refund and a email confirmation that the account had been closed. i changed my credit card account to prevent any further activity. It is a fraud and scam. BEWARE!!!

Money without authoriztion
What they offer is one thing. But what you get is ripped off There trial offer of .99$ turns out to be $87. For me this all happened in the course of one week. Needless to say I a lot more than unhappy.

unauthorized credit card
On 9/2/09 my husband ordered 1 bottle of the AcaiBerry Detox he authorized the amount of 1.99 on our credit card. We have since been charged for 3 bottles of ColonClense in which we never ordered. On 9/3/09 there was a charge for 39.95 and on 9/19/09 we were charged 79.95 twice. They continue to call my home after I've told them I don't want the product, and just today 10/7/09 I received another bottle of the ColonClense, which i will probably be billed again. How many time do you have to tell them no. i just want to return the stuff and get my money back.

website stated there was no auto ship, but they auto shipped.
The website said they would not auto ship this product unlesss I authoried. They autoshippped, charged me from the day of my order and are giving me the run around stating the Terms and consditions stated that they would auto ship. They have changed the bottle's appearance and the website so they look like a new product. Very clever.

unauthorised payment from bank account
I have had money taken from my account by this company without permission, and am finding it increasingly difficult to contact this company. The money they are taking is my income support and child tax credit which i need to support my little boy.
I concerned as it seems that money will continue to come from my account even though i haven't recieved the products i'm supposed to be paying for.
Their was no terms and conditions visible when i ordered my free sample for the sum of £3.95 which was apparently for postage costs.

Fraudulent Check Card Charge
Absolute scam. Sign up for FREE 30 day sample of product, which they send you plus charge you some shipping fee. Next day you get inundated with their telemarketing dept to get you sign up for specially reduced rate product on ongoing basis.
SPECIFICALLY told them that we signed up for FREE trial only and that under NO circumstance were they to sign us up for any more product until we had tried the sample to see if it works.
19 days into the 30 day free trial they have debited our account with 2 x charges for $ 82.35 each
They graciously cancelled the account but refused the refund !
Under NO circumstances use this company, they are frauds AND the product does not work, in fact we have ended up with joint inflammation.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Unauthorized Charges
I ordered the Acai Berry Detox for the free trial ($1.95 S/H)
I had no idea I had been billed $172.84 on my credit card until I got my statement! I called the company and they said if you did not call to cancel in 15 days, you would be emnrolled in automatic billing. I did call and still got billed! I have been forced to cancel my card to prevent future billing. PLEASE don't make the mistake I did!
