scammed me
While on the internet an advertising banner popped up with a free sample of the acaiberry detox, all I had to pay was shipping. They requested my credit card information and a signature on terms ( a lengthy paper) I signed and paid the tiny fee, but never got the product. In addition I found a charge on my credit card approximately a month later for a fee of (121.00 american), 138.00 Canadian dollars. I had not received a single thing from this company nor did I authorize the company to take any more money from my credit card. When I called their 1-888-325-8623 number i was able to talk to a girl with a British accent who would not reverse the charges even though I received nothing! She wouldn't allow me to talk to a manager, saying she wasn't authorized to do so. She then hung up on me. I had also requested her name in full, which she would not give to me.
I called a second time and talked to Sylvia who would not reverse the charges even though I had not authorized any of the expenditures, nor had I receied anything from them. She referred me to the terms of conditions, would not let me talk to a manager and would not give me her last name.
This is a scam! I write this so that you do not request the free product, it will cost you 138 dollars plus shipping and handling and like me you may not even receive it. In addition I will have to change my credit card number because they have taken the liberty to steal my moneyonce and could do it again. When I spoke to the credit card company they would not help me either and said they could not reverse it.
I will recant onn this compaint when I get my money back but in the meanwhile hope that this will save some of the public their hard earned money.

Scam
WHAT A SCAM... After tying to reach this company via their phone number for customer service for weeks times after time, I finally got to their CHAT web site and got a promise of a refund for the products I was billed on my credit card for IF I returned them with a given RMA #, which I did via UPS... The day after I returned them I received my credit card statement which had yet additional charges for product I did NOT ORDER. Now that my account has been canceled via their web ite I cannot "CHAT" with them to make arrangements to be given credit for that additional charge as well as make them pick up these two additioanl packages that received yesterday.

scam- charged for ree trial and additional charges
I ordered a free trial of the AcaiBerry Detox. The said I only had to pay the shipping, $.99 and could cancel with no hassels afterwards. They charged me full price for the "free trial bottle" and the product got to me about the time they were charging me for another bottle. I had called and cancelled as soon as I realized they had charged me and now they claim they have no record of the call. I should be refuneded for the charge of the free bottle as well as, the next one. They refuse to refund me.

billing
I ordered your "free trail" saw NOTHING on your rip off web site that said if I did NOT cancel in what was it 15 days that I would be charged the full price for some more of your pills (that have not come, and more then like never will) You have took money out of my bank in the amount of 87.00 dollars. I want you to return my money to my account or i will sue you big time. And your product was suppose to have been here on the 13 of Aug. I did not get the shipment till the 21. yeah so 15 days you totally suck.

Scam - Check your bank account
I signed up for the 'FREE' 30 day supply of AcaiBerry Detox and Colon Cleanse...NIGHTMARE!!! To date... I have been charged $138.84 for my FREE trial offer. These people speak like robots, do not know how to respond other than what is printed off of their response script. I have managed to get them to agree to refund the charges of $39.95 and $49.95 however, there is another $39.95 and misc shipping and International Chrgs they can not account for.

charges for returned product
Don't do this AcaiBerry Detox Trial Offer...it's a scam. Is someone started a lawsuit against these thieves?
I requested the Trial Offer. When I received the bottle there was no information included other than a flyer indicating if you had questios, call a number. There was nothing about 14 days and charges applying for this 'Free' offer.
I called to make sure the account was canceled when I found the charge on my account. I was advised that a refund would be processed. The refund did not happen. In the meantime, I received another bottle, so I called again & was given a Return Mercahndise number and told to return the 2 bottles for a refund. ( I had not opened either bottle.)
I received a refund for one bottle...not 2 and I didn't even 'try' the darn stuff. I called again and was told they would not refund for both and I was incorrectly informed on the previous call. When I demanded the refund. the so called Supervisor hung up. My attempts to call again were blocked.
I've been charge $87.13 for nothing.

cancellation
i called the acaiberry number (866 949 0138) at about 7 pm arizona time and got an answering machine that directed me to call back during regular business hours (8-5 pm EST) or to use the online resource at www.myordersupport.com which i did. i had to get their help with my password, but then all i had to do was click on "cancel my account" and i was done. i even tried to get back in to the site to verify cancellation, and could not. my user name and password had been deleted. then today, i went to the bank and ordered a replacement credit card. i had ordered the acai stuff on 8/19, received it on 8/26, and cancelled on 8/27...well within the 15 days term. they had not charged my c card for anything except the shipping. ($3.95) whew !!!

AcaiBerry Lies and Unanswered calls!
I TOO have been scammed!! I signed up for the free trial for the the Acai Berry Detox prodcut on the 18th of August and was told that my product would be here on the 22. When I signed up I had a promotional code so I only was suppose to pay 99 cents for shipping and handling. I tried to print out the reciept immedialtey but ironically when i print it out the only thing that showed was the price of 87.13 which was never mentioned prior to the order. Only to be shown after I purchased the product and it was too late to undo.
The reciept on the computer showed the retail price but below it it showed the discounted price and the total did come out to be 99 cents, but like I said when i printed it, the only thing that would show was the 87.13!!! I knew then that I had made a mistake. The next day I called the company and was on hold for 15 minutes before I got a hold of someone, in the mean while the phone tapped into 2 other converstions where I heard people complaining about being scammed. When i finally got a hold of someone to clerify that I had only been charged the 99 cents, she told me that I had to cancel within 14 days from the order date. I tried to cancel then but she said I could not do that within the same call I would have to call back.
So I waited to see if my order would arrive and it is now the 25th of August and a week into the 14 days and I have yet to recieve a product. I called this evening and was on the phone for 40 minutes where I again ended up hearing other peoples complaints when the phones tapped in as they told me their compaints thinking I was a representative. NO ONE FROM THE ACAI BERRY DETOX COMPANY EVER ANSWERED!!! Now I am concerend that I will be billed for this product that I will probably never recieve or be able to cancel, seeing as no one answers the phone. WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO STOP THEM!!! I AM WILLING TO FILE A SUIT!!!

charged credit card for free trial
I ordered a free trial of the acaiberry detox, paid 99 cents for shipping, this product never arrived . I tried contacting customer service. it was a recording that would never connect to customer service. I used the live chat system. I explained the whole situation of never receiving the product, then my card was charged the full price. he said that since I didnt cancel before the 15 day trial period that that what it cost. I explained I never even received the product and I wanted that 87.14 put back on my credit card. he said that I still needed to pay since I didnt cancel. I contacted my credit card agency to investigate and dispute those charges.
