My husband order a 14 day free trial of this Acaiberry Detox Lp online and agreed to a $.99 shipping charge which he gave a credit card for. 2 day later a representative of the company calls him and explains that a 30 day subscription is $87 a month and he cancels the order. 20 days later the "14 day" trial shows up at our house, and when I check our statement, so has the $87.13 charge! I spent over two hours with a "live chat representative" (because you can NOT get anyone on the phone), and finally got them to agree to give us our money back as long as we shipped the unopened bottle back to them. These people are unethical, and will take full advantage of anyone who dares to "try" their product.

This has happen to us while we are vacation does any one have a contact # so we may get our money back. Please Please don, t order this product. We saved for our vacation and now to be ripped off is terrible. Hoe do we get our money back

The product does not work for me. I gained weight while eating very little.
They promise to bill you only if you do not cancel the order within 30 days, but when you try to cancel, you find that they have already charged your account and that you only have 15 days from when they ship to cancel. It appears to be a scam designed only to get your account # and not to make refunds. I did not order the colon cleanse, but they charged me for it even though I have not received it. They will not refund my money unless I return the product which I haven't received. I may eventually get a refund, but they go out of their way to mislead you and make it difficult to even request a refund.
In my opinion, they have not been honest in their promises to refund if not satisfied; they are not to be trusted.

ordered the supposed free trial (£3.95 postage cost) for acai berry . Yesterday my account was debited £75 for one product! I only wish that I had done some research before I ordered this. I have phoned the number and I spoke to a lady who informed me that i had not read the terms and conditions .I feel very upset to have paid in total £78.95 for 60 capsules which did not work and was advertised as free?my email is [email protected]

After receiving my product two weeks later, (and having to call one week after ordering and finding out it had not even been shipped), I was charged two charges totalling $4.07, not the $3.95 it was supposed to be. I was told I would have to fax my bank acct. statement to the company (yeah, right!). Also, I was charged for some Life Cleanse (again totalling $41.15 when I was told their records showed $39.95) which has still not arrived, and when it does, I have to send it back and wait a week for my refund. I should've listened to my husband, who said to stay away from these online scams! Also, a few weeks ago, Acai Berry Detox was the #1 recommended by Dr. Oz, and now some other Acai something or other is the #1...all these people losing weight after two days I don't think exist.
