credit card theft
I was inerested in this new healthy product, at least that is how it is portrayed, however, I feel as if I have just done illegial dealings with an illegal drug dealer, unable to return bad product, nor able to get my money back, then scamed for continuous charges, like extortion type. I refuse to become a victim to drug dealers and to contribute to this drug dealing operation. My credit card has been illegally charged, several times. i have attemped for days, and hours at a time to cancel any connection with this company, and yet, no answer. This company is hiding from the clients they dealt to. just like an illegal drug dealer would, being the lowest type of person/company. Cheating, lying and stealing from clients. charged more than quoted in free trial
I ordered a free trial for $4.95 and noticed I was charged 83.30. When I called they mentioned it was a temporary hold for fourteen days. I called them 5 times due to the reps not listening to my questioning why I was being charged, asked for a supervisor and waited on hold for 40 min. never speaking with him/her. Very unpleasant experience. Was told a cancellation was proccessed we shall see. To top it off my bank charged me $97.00 due to this companies error as I only accounted 4.95 to come out of this account. I feel online shopping is not safe.

Unauthorized charges
Don't order from this company. I never received the trial size. Cancelled the remaining order otherwise I would have been charged more money. I waited for the bank statement in order to get the correct phone number because the number I had was disconnected and the website that was given to me at the time of order was no longer available. I called the correct number, no information can be given other than the order was shipped out of Florida on 12-18-08. I couldn't speak to a supervisor nor would they give me their address due to security purposes. I lost my $6.00 and the trial size hasn't been received. I told the man on the phone I was calling the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office regarding this matter and he didn't care either way. BEWARE OF ACAIBERRY!!!

acaiberry
I ordered the Acaiberry detox on a 14 day trial basis. It arrived 7 days later. When I contacted the company customer service to cancel I got an automated system that confirmed my order was cancelled. Later my bank informed me that they were charging me anyway. Please help me correct this scam. This company is now charging nearly $200 dollaors for 2 separtate products sent to me on a trial basis.

Charged My Credit Card For $87.13
I ordered the trial offer for AcaiBerry Detox for $3.95 on 6/14/2009.
On 6/30/2009 my credit card was charged $87.13 for the full price of AcaiBerry Detox. I did not order any future shipments for the product. I called the telephone number listed and I could not get a live person, so I cancelled my order with the recorded voice message. I went on line to their website and tried to contact customer service to refuse the order and ask for a credit on my account for $87.13, i have no success. I was really shocked when I saw this $87.13 charged to my account. This is really a rip off and I am very upset that I ordered a trial offer and now I am billed for another order that I cannot afford. I want the company to refund my money $87.13 and I will return the order.

Never received product
I copied a receipt for a free trial of AcaiBerry product, paying only the shipping and handling of $3.95 (thank God, not for the full package deal, which I believe was $87.13.) The receipt I have said my order was scheduled to arrive on May 12, 2009. Have not seen it and at this point don't expect to. I called the number given of their customer service dept. (1-866-949-0138) and the first thing they want is your credit card number. Why my credit card number, I have the order number that is on the receipt. Another scam, get your credit card number and your'e destroyed. I may be stupid once, but not twice, no way, no how. I have lost such a small amount, while others have lost so much. After reading the complaint section of this company, I too, am filing a complaint. These people need to be stopped.

unauthorized charges
This product was an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I was veiwing the website because it was adversized as pay shipping only, I decided to deline on the offer but on May 4, 69.95 was charged to my credit card. I received the product on May 26. I tried to call 1-866-949-0138 and couldn't get anything but a busy signal. I called 1-866-949-0130 which was on the shipping package and found out it was a travel company.

Rip-Off Credit Card Charges
I have the same complaint as most others: I ordered on 4/28/09 AcaiBerry Detox online and read their terms and conditions, which specified a $3.95 S&H charge and a 14 day try-out period for a 30 day supply.
Did not receive the product until May 5. Called them today, May 18, because on April 28 I was charged $2.00 and on May 15 a charge of $87.13 plus $2.61 Foreign Transaction Fee showed up on my account.
They said that the 14-day period started on April 28, regardless on WHEN the product arrived (which they claimed to be May 2). According to my count the 14-day period from the time of the arrival would end tomorrow, 5/19. Yet they sent the charge to my Debit Card through on May 12!!!

charges to my bank account
I also have been charges the $87.13. I've made calls to the one # 866-955-4108 and talked to a Supervisor. First, 'Connie" who gave me a "RMA" number and said she would put in my request for refund. Connie said I could call back in 3 days to check on it's progress. Of course, after 3 days no one could tell me anything. Calling back a week latter was told I would not receive a refund. On the second call I spoke to Christine who turned me over to Jean Collins a supervisor. Not only did they not refund my $87.13, they would not give me a clue on how to get information on the $29.95. Please, what do I need to do.
