Scam
I sent for a trial which was only supposed to be charged shipping and handling but 11 days later was charged $173.71 to my credit card!

I want my membership canceled
I want them to stop sending me these pills I can't take them. But they keep sending them to me after I ask them to stop. They send the pills and bill my bank acct. I send them back to return to sender but they keep coming. PLEASE HELP

cant cancell account or order
there is no way at all to contact the company to have your order stopped and cancelled.

the contact number for australia doesnt exist, and there is no email address, and the email addresses they send you info from comes back return to center, so there IS no way to conact them to cancell


even tho there terms and conditions state :-

2.Cancellation of Orders. If you wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product and you are within the *Trial Period, then You should follow the procedures described in the preceding section of this Agreement. If you wish to cancel future deliveries of Product outside of the *Trial Period, then You must call Our Customer Service Department and request that such future shipments be terminated.


Your request for termination, whether by phone or email, will be processed immediately; however, subject to our refund policy (described below) you will be responsible for payment for any Product that has either (I) already been shipped to you or (ii) already been delivered to you at the time of your call.


3.Refunds. We want you to be satisfied with Our Products and Our services; therefore, if you are ever not satisfied with any Product that you ordered, you may call Our Customer Service Department and request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:


â– You may receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to ten (10) days after your order is placed.
â– Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per Product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the Product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
â– In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information, your refund will be delayed.
â– Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by us, please call Our Customer Service Department.

Did not get my refund
I ordered the trial sample of the product which I received but before I could try the product I received another bottle for which I was charged $94.57. I called the company and got my RMA # to return the merchandise which I did. But now one year later The merchandise has been returned to me and my account was never credited. I tried callin the number but it is busy and the web site brings you to this site where you can submit a complaint. Has anyone ever gotten there money back.

refund never given
I have been trying to get a refund since October and have yet to receive it. I have called, emailed, live chatted numerous times. They always promise it will be refunded...and it never is.

bad product/no trial time
There was no mention of a membership fee and trial. I ordered the pills and found out that they took $149-95 out of the bank account for the membership. I ordered the pills on 2-27-10 and the got to me on the 3-10-10 and on 3-13-10 they took the money. When I called to see what was going on they say I had a 14 day trial. I told them it was more like 3 days and I didn't know it was for a trail plus membership fee. I would have never agreed to that amount of money to get a membership of any kind. When I asked about the 14 days of trial they said that since I didn't call sooner the could not extend the trial time. I was SCREWED!!! They wont send me what I paid for or give any of the money back. If there is ANYTHING I can do to get money back or make it so they can't keep doing this to everyone, please let me know. Thank you. charge to credit card
Family member ordered product for .99 and charge on credit card. We realized it was a scam and tried immed. to cancel but no answer at 800 number ever and no way to cancel on line...$149. charge on card...Do not order this product online go to Walmart and purchase for $15.00 Good product BAD COMPANY!!!

Cancel and Refund
This company seems to be very dodgy. I did not want a membership but got one anyway and instead of my three euros I was charged over a hundred. Want to cancel and get a refund. No real website address, No email address available only able to contact by phone. Spoke to a horrible girl by the name of Sinead and got left on hold continually, not helpful and then cut me off.

charged for a 'membership I never authorised
i SAW AN ADVERTIZEMENT FOR THIS PRODUCT THAT INCLUDED A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF THEIR WEIGHTLOSS PILLS. IT CAME... BUT THE NEXT THING I NOTICED WAS A CHARGE ON MY BANK STATEMENT FOR 149.95 FOR A 'MEMBERSHIP' FEE THAT I NEVER, EVER AUTHORIZED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
