I ordered a free 14 day trial of this product, the cost being 3-95 pp, when I checked mycc details I found that I was already being charged $87-12 even though I had only had the product for 9 days, when I rang them to cancel, as I did not want anymore sent I was told that this was the full charge for the trial bottle and Im should have cancelled within 14 days of the original order! How can you have a 14 day trial if you have to cancel before you have tried the product for the 14 days. The lady on the phone was not helpful all she kept saying was that it was in the terms and conditions. The terms and conditionrelate to full refunds, it is not that they also relate to the free trial.

Taking these pills made ill for three days. Therefore I do not want the pills. I only wanted the free trail offer only. I called and cancelled the order. But I was billed for the bottles mail out to me. I called and ask what to do with the the order . And I was told nothing! Please refund my credit card the $ monies charged from AcaiBerry.

I have been trying to get a return merchandise authorization for AcaiBerry and the number does not go through. I do not want this product. It does not work. Nor do I want to be billed monthly for it.

I signed up online for samples of Acai Berry and Purecleans. I have received the free trial of Acaiberry for the charge of $4.95 to my credit
card. Thatcharge was made on 1/07/09 for $4.99. On 1/06/09, there were two charges, each for $4.95 for the Pure Cleanse Pro. Same
date and same charge for the Pure Cleanse Pro. Then on 1/16/09 there was a charge for $3.95 for Acaiberry&LifeCleans of $3.95. On 1/21/09 there was a charge for $78.81 for Acaiberry. On 1/31/09 there was a charge for $87.13 for Colon Zen which I assume was the
same company. Then on 2/5/09, there was a charge to my card for $83.80 for Acaiberry ALL I HAVE RECEIVED FOR ALL OF THESE CHARGES IS (1)trial shipment of Acaiberry and then today I did receive the shipment of AcaiBerry packed on 2/6/09. I have charges of $179.79 ($4.95, $4.95, $3.95, $78.81, and $87.13) that I have
received no shipment for. I don't understand this erratic billing and the difference in the amount of $78.81 and $83.80 for Acaiberry. This all transpired over one month's time. The agreement said that you would be billed for the first shipment 30 days after your trial samples were sent. All of this happened in less than 30 days except for the shipment I received today dated 2/6/09, exactly one month after my sample of Acaiberry was shipped. I tried to call them twice but was placed on hold for longer than I could wait on my business phone.
Please help.

As they must know by know, 1-866-938-4832 is a non-working number so you can't get the required RMA number via live chat as they advertise. Customers are at the mercy of e-mail which is an immediate delay against an already ticking clock that they control.
