wrong charge to my account
This is what happend I want to try the acai berry which I did not even use yet they charge me for shipping and handeling only at first then now on 02/04/09 they charge my account for $88.62 why? I did not order any thing at all I really want my money back.

cant get no one by phone or website to cancel product
I ordered AcaiBerry on 1-26-09, and i received the product on 2-6-09(Friday), which I was out of town that weekend. Of course they are not answering on Sunday when I try to call and cancel. Monday 2-9-09 will be 15 days since I ordered their product. After reading the Trial Terms and Conditions it states that the 15 day trial period includes shipping and transit time, and upon upon receipt you have 15 days from the date that the product was shipped to evaluate to see the results for yourself. I wouldnt have even had a few days to see if the product works or not. I will not be ordering any more trial offers. ...

Fraud
Like the many others who have posted, I requested the Trial Bottle of AcaiBerry Life. I was charged several shipping charges. Eventually, my trial bottle arrived. About one week later, another bottle arrived, along with a charge of $94.57 to my debit card.
HAS anyone had any luck getting their money back or canceling this service??? Like others, I have had NO luck with the website or phone number.

They charged my account with out authorization after the trial period, and past the 30 days the did not even send me the product.

fraudulant charge
I purchased my free 40 day supply and paid the requested shipping. As stated on the shipping paperwork, I contacted the company via the on-line chat and cancelled my subscription. Was issued an ID # and eamil stating the cancellation confirmation. Just looked at my bank account and there are two charges for $88.62 and $0.71 from this company. There is no answer at the provided phone number and no connectionto the chat site. I would like my account credited immediately as it was not an approved transaction and fradulant.

fraud information
I only signed up for the trial month. I did not authorize any further purchases of this product on my credit card. Now I have received another bottle and charge to my credit card. i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I CAN CANCEL THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! I do not wish to have any more charges placed on my credit card for this or any other product!

cancelled subsciption and you charged my credit card anyway
i cancelled my subscription in December and my credit card was charged in January. I want to make sure my credit card is not charged any more. I never received product in January so I would also like a credit applied to my credit card.

CANCELATION
I Regina Clark spoke to Max by phone today, Friday, September 6, 2007 to cancel. Inform him I do not want the product and do not charge me for any AcaiBerry pills. Therefore, do not ship me anything. Your advertisment is misleading.

Unauthorized billing
My credit card company found the fraudulent charge of $79.00 dollars for a full bottle of this herb. I select the 'free' offer of a months supply with only a charge of 4.99 for shipping and handling. That charge was on my card 01/06/2009 and was ok. but the $79.00 charge came from a system in a foreign company. I am not sure which one, but VISA does. They were able to block it.
I sure hope we can stop this. I will NEVER trust any web site anymore. I won't buy from anyone who doesn't have Pay Pall.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a sample shipment of a supplement for $5.95. I never did receive the shipment. The credit card company deleted the charge. At no time did I authorize automatic shipments. Now I see two charges on my account, one on Dec. 26 and I did not receive that and they have charged my account and I just received a shipment of two bottles and when I tried to go into web site, it doesn't exist. The two shipments total approx. $165. I called credit card company and I have can celled my card. I tried calling them and I will again but if I cannot reach them, I will write them a letter. They are using deceptive methods to try and sell their product. Well, I've had it.
