Canceling order
I want to cancel my order for AcaiBerry and cannot get ahold of anyone to do this. Per your Trial Terms and Conditions I am not obligated to purchase after receiving the free trial bottle and may cancel antyime within the 15 day trial period. I am well within the 15 day trial period and am unsatisfied with AcaiBerry product. Your immediate attention is required and further charges to my credit card will be fraudelant and submitted without my permission.

This is the second time i have written. Please close my account 1309580 I can not get any anyswer from a phone call since the phone keeps getting discnnected. I do not want this product anymore and do not charge any account of mine.

Free Sample Scam
like the rest of us. I paid for the S&H charge they got a hold of my account # and then they charged $88.62, plus my account was overdrawn because they used my rent money!

I purchased this product on 12/18/2008.
The free trial for 30 days, on i/22/09 they billed my credit card 9.95 shipping.
About a week or so later I called the number that was on my invoice to cancel my order and all I got was an automated message asking you to hold and then it would tell you to go to www.MyTrialSupport.com to chat with a live representative, I went to that site and found nothing any where.
It only listed complaint issues.
I called my credit card company and they showed another charge of 88.62.they said they would investigate but meanwhile there is no way to call or contact SFL Nutrition, LLC to concel my order.
This is a rip off scan.
Please advise on any information that can help with this matter.

ad for free trial nothing about 14 days
seen ad for free trial for s & h charges $3.95 no where on that site which is still there says nothing about signing up and can cancel after 14 days. I thought i was just going to try before they took money out of my checking account they should be reported to better business.the ad said nothing about joining anything

AcaiBerry - Free Trail is not Free...They send you a sample of 15 tablets, charge you for shipping in handling in order to get your account #'s then charge you #92.58 before you even receive your Free sample.
When you call in, they tell you that under the terms, the 14 day free trail starts the day you order it, so your don't have any trail period. If the product works, why do they need to charge you for it before you even receive

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the trial acai berry w/my credit card and was charged for shipping only. 1 month later another bottle was shipped to me (I did not order) and my credit card was charged 94.32 that I did not authorize. I finally got thru to Acai Berry & was told to return the bottle and my credit card would be credited. As of 2-02-09 I have not received the credit. It has been since 12-8-08. A second charge of 88.32 was charged to my credit card without my authorization and no bottle of acai berry. I read a report on acai berry and trusted it because the article I read was on Oprah. I only tried it because I trusted Oprahs endorsement.

Charged my account before 15 day trail was over.
I got my order. It said I may cancel in 15 days before they would charge my account. My 15 days was not up. They billed my account 88.62. I mwant my money back and for know more shipments to be sent and know more charges.
