I have been calling and calling to dis continue the product. o answer after letting the phone stay on hold for one half hour on spesker phone. This product has made me very ill !!! if you don't cancil this product from my credit card you will be looking at some legal action. I have been charged $59.95 so far to my checking acct. for things I never ordered. I suspect from what I have heard from others that they will continue to this!! This is a web-site fraud & they use Oprah's picture & dr. Pericone & others to promote this fraud. They need to be shut down immediately because this is world-wide scam so someone out there, please do it.!!! I called them today & was surprised to get an answer. they said to return the pills & they would refund my money. However, I do not trust them. Has anyone out there ever had their money refunded?? If so, please let me know so that I have some hope of getting my money back too!!!

I requested a sample and was told to pay $5.95 for shipping and handling and have since been charged over $175.00 for products I have never accepted. I have been unable to speak with anyone regarding these charges and am angered at their audacity! I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and will contact my credit card company for the fraudulant charges!

I ordered a 30 day trial offer of AcaiBerry All Natural Cleansing Formula from the internet for a shipping fee of $5.95. I was very surpised when I received the product because I noted that there was NO Company name on the bottle to indicate who manufactured or packaged the product. If they don't have enough faith in their product to put their name on it, then I don't have enough faith in it to put it in my body. To date my account has been charged the $5.95 shipping amount three different times by three different companies including "Acai Berry Tea Plus" 877-300-3766, "The Acai Berry Max Shop" 866-938-4832, and by "Acai" dba Advance Wellness Research" 866-964-1011. Contacting the companies was a complete waste of time. After speaking to my bank, I ended up having to cancel my debit card and file a complaint for a reversal of the unauthorized charges. Cancelling your card prohibits them from charging your account for other unauthorized amounts. I was told by the bank representative that they have received numerous complaints about various AcaiBerry companies. The return address on the package I received was from SFL Nutrition, LLC., 127 NW 13th Street, Suite 4, Boca Raton, FL 33432

I contacted them and learned that The Palm Beach County Division of Consumer Affairs is extremely familiar with SFL Nutrition and the various AcaiBerry companies associated with them. They have received numerous complaints about them from other people regarding the inability to contact the company to cancel orders and multiple unauthorized charges being made to people's accounts using various company names. They are hoping to be able to compile enough information/complaints to turn the case over to the Attorney General for prosecution. Please make a report to Mr. Dodson if you have been a victim of any of these companies or other companies associated with that street address. Make your voice heard so that we consumers can stop these scam artists!

i ordered trial sample of acaiberry was charged 4.95 shipping. after that charges started appearing on my account that were not authorized. i tried calling the number on bottle and it is no longer in service. i tried another number, got thru to them, told them that htay had charged my account 69.95 +5.95 shipping, thay said they had not. i called my bank and had charges reversed and canceled my card from future charges.DO NOT ORDER THESE TRIAL SAMPLES!!!
